Nuestra estancia fue una auténtica maravilla. Fuimos con nuestra perra y no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema, el recibimiento fue de lo mejor con una explicación de los mejores sitios que visitar y donde podíamos ir a comer. Sin duda volveremos, un sitio perfecto para desconectar donde solo se escuchan pájaros y el agua del rio, todo super limpio y bien equipado.

We loved the cave house and the pool. Manuel gave us a choice of two houses, and gave us a tour around the museum and the caves. He also took us and another couple to see the sunset in the Badlands which was an amazing place, which was reached by driving along a Rambla. The house was equipped with everything we needed.

Juan Luis hat uns sehr herzlich Empfangen. Wir bekamen 10l Trinkwasser, Ölivenöl extra Virgin aus der Gegend und andere Annehmlichkeiten. Das Anwesen ist einmalig. Platz ohne Ende zum verweilen, beleuchtetes Aussengelände, kleiner hübscher Pool. Wer Ruhe, Natur, Wanderungen und gutes Essen erleben möchte, ist hier richtig am Platz. Das Gelände wurde mit sehr viel Herzblut saniert und eingerichtet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielleicht mit Freunden, Platz ist reichlich da. Wir danken für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Our stay in Castril was idyllic! Peaceful tiny village with beauty around every corner. Duncan’s place is spotless and quiet, the decor is eclectic and well thought out while adding warmth and comfort. I was SO pleased to have stayed here it was everything we could have wanted. Duncan generously accommodated us when we had a last minute Airbnb cancellation in a different nearby town, thank you!

La estancia ha sido fantástica tanto por la ubicación como por el apartamento, la madre de Daniel ha sido un amor muy pendiente de todo y que decir de la chica que limpia los apartamentos, ya que hemos estado 9 dias y si nos hacia falta toallas o algo ningun problema, el dia del apagon la madre de Daniel nos trajo velas ya que la luz no vino hasta el dia siguiente pero como en el apartamento hay barbacoa no tuvimos problema alguno para cenar enfin todo genial. Volveriamos sin dudar. Por supuesto que el enclave es fantastico con mil y una ruta para descubrir , sin duda volveria.

I think it’s one if not the best airbnb I’ve ever had, the cueva is absolutely amazing and as we wanted to experience Andalucia, far from all the noises, peaceful, quiet, All the small details (tote bag, bottle of wine, and all the rest) it’s decorated with good taste, we couldn’t expect more We were not prepared for the size of bugs though lol, hornets and scolopendres are so scary so be prepared to find a few if you are afraid of ! Part of that, the remote location, the pool until late in the night, the room for our truck, the fresh air inside even if it’s 40degres outside, the shower, the barbecue, and the silence, you made our small time home feeling just like it was ours, thank you sincerly I would definitely recommand for a retrait and peaceful experience of Andalucia between the living cities around, Mandy was very nice also and always quick to answer !
