This place was a home run for our family vacation! Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, amazing views and amenities, good location, safe and tranquilo. Host was very helpful accommodating arrangements for my elderly mother, and I really appreciated that. Clear and quick communication. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others thinking about it!

Often, Airbnb pictures show the best possible angle from the most obscure part of related property. NOT THIS PLACE. If anything, the pictures don't prepare you for how gorgeous it is. I felt like I had a complete mind reset staying here. Ocean views all day, a pool to watch the sunset, private beach access to an ocean that was a constant 85 degrees. Ubers are easy and cheap, so we never had issues getting around Manta even without a rental car. This property is my new happy place in life.

The apartment was very good, it is new, the residential complex has a good location, sea view and pool. Darwin was very friendly and was careful to solve a water problem in the apartment. My only observation is that there were no basic cleaning elements such as towels, hand soap, dishwasher or pots for the use of the induction cooker. Anyway, it was a great place to stay as a family, thank you very much Darwin! 😉

Excellent stay... very nice ocean view and the social club facilities are very good... I really spent a time of rest and relaxation... I would gladly come back... Diego, who took care of us in everything, was very precise in the instructions and always attentive to any questions... in general everything was 10/10.

The ensemble is an incredible place, with unique landscapes and a quiet place to spend time as a family, the house is very nice and cozy , I would surely return.

I really enjoyed the place. The apartment is on the side of the bay, facing the sea. Very well located. Overall the place is quiet. The apartment has everything, you don't need to go out. It includes a washing machine, dryer, water container with hot and cold water dispenser, has hot water, ironing board. It has toiletries. It doesn't have a sandwich maker, but it does have a toaster, small oven, microwave, stove, and gas oven. It doesn't have air conditioning, it has fans, and the apartment has very good natural ventilation. It is located on the sixth floor, and has a garage and elevator. It is very well maintained and clean. The apartment is modern. It looks just like the photos and better in person. It's worth it. There are good restaurants close by. There is a book of recommendations that helps a lot with what to do inside and outside the apartment. Great!!!

We loved the place, mainly the view, close to restaurants, the mall and they offer several services included in the price such as the use of the pool and jacuzzi. Communication was very quick, which helped us a lot on the trip, very good hosts.

This is probably the best if not one of the best condos in Manta. It’s near the main shopping center and beach. The place really has everything you need and it’s modernized as well. Will definitely book again

A highly recommended place, it is located in a central area with access to supermarkets, the Zona Rosa and restaurants. The place is impeccable with a beautiful view, ideal for relaxing. The host is very attentive to any concerns and is very friendly and if he doesn't have a rental, he allows you to check in before check-in time I will always be back!!!

Excellent apartment, Darwin was very flexible about check-out. In addition, the apartment had absolutely everything we needed for our short stay. We recommend it 100%. Darwin responded immediately to a single problem we had with the air conditioning in the master bedroom and we fixed it immediately.

I really liked the communication with the host Blanquita, she was able to tell me everything I needed, I was able to tell her a couple of details that she will surely take into account. But the apartment is very complete and cozy. I would definitely come back.
