Our cozy casita is located in the heart of downtown San Clemente. The beach is a 15 minute walk and the main downtown area is a 6 minute walk. The casita is quaint and charming with large vaulted wood beam ceilings, hardwood floors, and plentiful natural light. Open the french doors to enjoy the fresh breeze and late afternoon sunshine in the backyard. We always make sure it is extra clean and comfortable and we love providing a high quality experience for all of our guests.

The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a cozy armchair, accented by a modern ceiling fan. A sleek coffee table sits on a textured rug, and large windows allow natural light to fill the space while providing views of the surroundings.

A very comfortable and cozy beach apartment in a great location close to everything especially the beach. New TVs in both the living room and bedroom as well as new canned lighting and ceiling fans to go with the bamboo and tiled flooring throughout. This is the downstairs unit.
