The villa is spacious and well-appointed with a fully stocked kitchen and wonderfully soft linens. The patios and rooftop deck provide ocean and mountain views and ample space to enjoy the wonderful climate. An oasis of comfort set in beautiful Playa Las Tortugas, one of the least crowded beaches you'll ever visit. Our high-speed internet makes La Villa Reyes an ideal remote office.

Our home is located right in front of the beautiful Pacific Ocean and you can walk right out to the sandy beach. There is a private pool with many Mexican details. We are located 10 minutes from the historic port of San Blas, 20 minutes from the state capital Tepic and 5 minutes from the charming fishing village of Aticama. There are plenty of day or half day trips available to take part in. Please note, we do enforce a strict 8 person maximum policy (whether adults and/or children).

has 2 bungalow areas each of this area has 2 queen beds and 3 bedrooms with their kin size bed each and and a third floor terrace with jacuzzi as common area parking for 1 car washing area is designed to receive between 14 and 20 people the bungalows type are for 4 adults and two children and the rooms for two adults and one child because all areas have their sofa bed, the area is complete.

The house is located on a quiet street about a 10 minute walk to Matanchen Beach, one of the longest and sandiest beaches in the area. The ocean view pool is private, as is the whole house. Aticama is the little fishing town where the house is located, and stores and restaurants are within walking distance. A car is recommended as you will have increased mobility during your stay.
