It is a beautiful place, clean with a good restaurant and pools, the best thing is the attention of the staff, everyone is very kind and makes the stay a real pleasure. We'll be back soon.

Amazing location in the jungle next to the beach. Jose and staff are very friendly and provide tips and great food in their homemade kitchen, three times per day You can walk into town through the beach. Location is unmatched in Chacala

This is such a beautiful place. The surroundings are just amazing and it is very peaceful. There are so many places to explore on their property- and the views are wonderful. The beach is easy to walk to and the water was perfect for my kids. Carmen and Jose were very friendly and made a great dinner. The only thing I would change is that I wish they provided beach towels (they did tell us to bring some and so we bought some there). Otherwise- one of the best places I have stayed. The room was very simple but we didn't spend much time there. There is so much outdoor space to hang out in. We could also easily walk to the little town and had lunch and dinner there. Spent some time hiking the volcano (the trail is right outside the driveway!) and going to petroglyphs.

Very good location, to enjoy the beach and a good time in the pool, close to restaurants and the main attractions of the area. Great attention from the staff and Julio, they were still in the process of finishing a few things but they have resolved it well during our stay and it will surely look great

Everything is excellent, only the Internet is somewhat inefficient if you are going to work. There's no good connection

The place is just like the pictures! We had a great night! The check-in was very fast and the receptionist was very friendly. My only complaint is that the TV was damaged, which I reported when I turned it on, and at night a lot of little animals get in, I guess because of the rainy season, but I always had hot water, air conditioning, and the bed was 10/10.

A very comfortable and central stay, an excellent option

We were very comfortable, our stay was very pleasant. The place is very nice and pleasant.

We had a little trouble finding the place, but I think it was a combination of being given the wrong address and the GPS not being correct, but since we found the place, everything else was perfect. The beds are very comfortable, my son loved the pool and the best part is the location, very close to the main square and the pier.

We love the facilities as well as all the amenities they had, excellent communication with the manager who was always attentive. The restaurant's food and drinks are delicious. It was a pleasant experience. I'll definitely be coming back.

Nice place, could improve the pool

The location was great, close to the center of town, clean nice large room. The pool was very nice and clean. Francisco is readily available and very patient. We will definitely stay here again and again! Love the place.
