I'm 100% committed to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. *It will be important that you read the House Rules before you book my place. The building is considered National Patrimony and it's one of the most photographed buildings in Lastarria, it's located in the same street as the fanciest hotel in the district, The Singular Hotel and the beautiful bar Liguria. Entire place I'm from Santiago but I live and work in New York City. I recently bought and renovated this Penthouse as my vacation home and I have a wonderful friend and co-host who will do the check-in in person and help you get settled. Lastarria is one of the most beautiful districts in Santiago. My place is right in the heart of it. You can take beautiful walks around Parque Forestal and Bellas Artes Museum which is only two blocks away. You'll find everything you need in the place to cook and stay safe. I'm commited to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. You can always use Uber in Santiago, it's way cheaper than the normal taxis and you wont need to explain the address or where you're going in case your Spanish is not fluent yet. (Even though lots of people can communicate in English in Santiago). This is my home and I'm opening it for you to enjoy, I only ask to treat it as your own the way I would treat yours. Simple things like letting us know if something breaks so I can try to find something in my travels to replace it back. Everything I have here I've gathered from different parts of the world.

La casa está en muy buena ubicación. Es de un buen tamaño, tan moderna y limpia como un hotel. Queda en una avenida con mucho movimiento y ruidosa, pero en el dormitorio principal no se escucha. La casa está en un cerro así que hay que subir como un piso en escaleras externas para llegar. Puede ser difícil para personas mayores subir con maletas o bolsas pesadas de supermercado. También es complicado para personas con dificultades para caminar pero no es imposible. Al nivel de la entrada a la casa hay un patio/terraza muy lindo y práctico. Los árboles y arbustos dan privacidad. Lo que sí un niño pequeño explorando podría tener un accidente porque no hay muro ni baranda. Lo mismo pasa en la terraza de arriba donde está la piscina. Es muy linda y la vista es maravillosa pero no es segura para niños pequeños sin supervisión. Yo fui con mi hija de 7 y sus abuelos de 70 y no tuvimos problemas pero vale la pena mencionarlo. A nosotros nos gustó mucho y la recomendaría 100%.

Apartamento legal, cômodo, espaçoso. Algumas pessoas locais, Uber e etc falaram que a rua era perigosa, porém andamos todos os dias a noite e não vimos nada que nos deixasse incomodados. O lugar é próximo a vários pontos turísticos e não tem trânsito o que é ótimo para chegar e sair com carro e carros de app.

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Sonia's place has great location! the apartment was wonderful, well equipped, clean and very welcoming. Sonia was very communicative and respond quickly to any question we had. the only downside for us was that there was a neighbor that put lowd music almost every evening. for us it was very frustrating... When it happened- Sonia answered our texts late in the evening and did what ever she can to try and take care of this noise, so no complaints about Sonia at all. also, she try to help us with a flexible check out, which was very appreciated.
