Large and spacious apartment, with all the necessary amenities, clean and cozy. It has heating, which is very important for cold days. The host Carla is very kind and responds promptly. Excellent location, with a market and subway nearby. Very beautiful region.

Pleasant and comfortable to go with children. Although there are no safety nets on the apartment's terrace, the building's common areas, such as the access corridor and terrace, are very safe for toddlers. Well-equipped kitchen, sufficient toiletries, shampoo and conditioner available, clean and sufficient towels, washing machine, table with chairs for everyone... good bedding. Down and feather pillows. The building is not very large, extremely friendly staff. Parking. Anyway, it's like being at home.

Great apartment. Exactly as described. Easy access to the metro and grocery stores. Close to a beautiful park and amusement park.

Great accommodation!! Well-located apartment, with many shops nearby, supermarket, restaurants… I liked it a lot! You can go hiking and get to know the historical part of Santiago! I thought it was really cool! As I went with my family to the marathon, it was very good, because it was close to pick up the kit and the start of the event. I thank Jaime and his mother for the reception and stay!

Nice place with great location, but a little bit noise

Spacious apartment, right in the city center and close to subway and supermarkets. Enough for a weekend! One side of the mattress is a little deep, but it doesn't make the bed uncomfortable. I had trouble connecting the wifi to the TV and the host was willing to solve the problem.

If you have a concert at the Movistar Arena, I recommend this accommodation, given how close and safe it is. Everything described by the host is what you will find when you arrive at the apartment. Comfortable, clean, good size and with everything you need for a multi-day stay. Special mention to Mr. Miguel for that wonderful library with diverse and interesting texts.

The stay at Ale's apartment was excellent. She was flexible at both check in and out. Ricardo received us personally at the appointed time. The apartment was clean and organized. I found the bed a little deep, but it did not harm the sleep. The pillows, linen and towels are of good quality and were clean. The bathroom is good with a good shower too. The location is perfect, with several bars, restaurants, fast foods, pharmacies... near. Metro station, currency exchange, Costanera Mall, all close by. We did all walking or subway tours. Underneath the building has a wonderful cafeteria! I recommend the Ale apartment and intend to return soon.

Wonderful host, very attentive and always willing to help. The apartment is amazing, there were useful things to help you, such as shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper. There were also things in the kitchen that help a lot, such as salt and oil. Not to mention that the apartment looks like a doll's house, everything is tidy, beds with clean blankets, bathroom water and taps very hot, there were two heaters that helped a lot on cold days. Anyway, I highly recommend this apartment. Mainly because of the attention the host gave us, for feeling welcomed, check-in and checkout were super flexible. Choose this apartment without fear.

Truly a wonderful place. Ideal for disconnecting and resting. There's a part of the road that's not good, but everything else is impeccable. Both Segio (host) and Denisse, who was the one who received us, were very kind. The house is comfortable, spacious, well-equipped and very nice. Totally recommended.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean. Has everything you need. The balcony and view is amazing. Building is located in the nice area with lots of restaurants. Very safe and touristic. Gonzalo is very responsive, helpful and reliable. Thank you. Was very nice stay.

We really like André's apartment. It is very close to the Los Leones subway station. The station is practically on the corner. It is also very close to the Costaneira Center mall, you can walk. Near the apartment, we also have several options for convenience stores, pharmacy, currency exchange, fast food, restaurants and cafes. Andrés is very quick to respond to messages. The view is very beautiful. It's cold, there's a portable heater, it's not that powerful, but it helps. The kitchen is well equipped, but the hot water in the sink is not working. Clean and very good bed and bath linens, good quality. The bathroom is a great size and has hot water in both the sink and the shower. On one of the days of our stay, the hot water failed, but it was restored hours later. Finally, we recommend the place for a couple and we would stay there again.

Raúl was an excellent host. 100% recommended. He provided me with very useful information and we had a very fluid conversation at all times. He was very kind to let us leave after check-out time. I definitely recommend it for family vacations. I would definitely come back!
