My stay was excellent. Ruben was a very attentive, friendly host and always made sure that everything was in order. From the first moment, he made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and come back without hesitation!

A perfect spot to enjoy Asunción! This wonderful apartment is ideal for discovering the city from comfort and good taste. It has a quiet terrace, surrounded by vegetation, where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the street. The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good rest after exploring the city. On the rooftop, spectacular views of Asunción await you: an ideal place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset. I also want to highlight the attention of the building staff: always friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. A special thanks to Tony, who made my stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back this year!

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

A very good place to stay for families and friends. The location of the residence is quiet, we leave the vehicle on the street and nobody touches anything at all. Not to mention the comfort of the house. 100% recommended. Impeccable predisposition of the host. Very kind to any questions.

Quiet days, supermarkets relatively close, a couple of restaurants on the same block where you eat rich.

We really enjoyed this week at Peter's. As newcomers to the American continent, Peter helped us with all questions: airport transfer, car rental, currency exchange, bus ticket, visiting the market, etc. The house is spacious, the bed has a good mattress, the air conditioning cools down quickly and the kitchen is well equipped. The new grill on the large terrace, which we used a lot, was great. And last but not least: the large pool in the middle of the bird-rich garden is even magically lit in the evening. As a start for South America, the best address starts here with Peter.

The accommodation is amazing! Everything is in excellent condition, well-kept, new. It has everything you need. On the other hand, Belén treated us very well! She gave us a lot of useful recommendations, was always available for questions and was very kind to us! We recommend her accommodation 100%!!

Excellent apartment, it is well designed and decorated with very good quality. It has all the amenities it offers. As for the cleanliness, it's impeccable. A very nice balcony with a large grill included, wide views in the windows of all the rooms. Very spacious garage and has a trunk. Highly recommended. I'd come back without thinking. The apartment is amazing. Each space is designed to generate value for guests. It has much more than one can expect in a stay like this. From the moment you enter, you can notice the attention to detail, the neatness and the affection they put into the space to make it a perfect stay. The apartment and building's facilities make it a stay that exceeds expectations and the location is also incredible because it has everything you need nearby, the neighborhood lends itself to a quiet walk and it is no more than 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers and places that someone would like to visit. Viviana is a very attentive host, always ready to help guests and make the stay much more enjoyable, which is greatly appreciated as a foreign visitor. It is a highly recommended space for short or long stays because it has everything you need to develop your day to day with ease.
