The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Onda Mar is located within the closed district Casas de Playa de La Pedrera , a very quiet place in front of the sea and very close to the centrito . It features security, tennis court, and direct and private access to El Barco beach. It is elevated 4 m above ground level which allows to have an excellent view of the neighborhood and the sea but is not recommended for young children. Built in two modules , one social area plus master bedroom and the other 2 rooms plus bathroom
