Waterfront vacation rentals in San Antonio

I gave this 5 stars because it was a great stay for us. The building itself is dirty and rundown, but the apartment was beautiful and clean. We loved having a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was great for us, not exceptionally clean, but an oasis in the Texas heat. There is also an area of the pool that is 6in deep for those traveling with little kids, and lounge chairs in the pool, which were great. The workout room is nice, as is a family game room right down by the water that really never had anyone there. The building is pretty unsecured, but after spending the week walking to restaurants and cafes, we knew we were not in a dangerous neighborhood. It is very centrally located, we easily traveled by car to lackland and nearby attractions. HEB grocery stores and dollar generals within 5 min. The check in was confusing for us, but we figured it out. The key is a fob that opens the elevators and entrances and there is a numeric keypad at the door. We would stay again.

This condo is centrally located making getting to downtown, Landa Park, the water park, and just about all N.B. offers very easy. You could walk to Wurstfest from this location. It is right on the Comal river so you can jump in the river anytime. The unit was very comfortable. You will hear the trains when they move through town since the tracks are right next to the complex so take note if you are a light sleeper.

Great place, great location! Everything was just as described. Loved being able to walk to everything in downtown NB, loved all the deer, loved that we could float the river with Texas Tubes right next door. Great stay!

Sandy’s place was exactly what was described in the listing. She responded promptly to any inquiries and the space was peaceful. I’m a sucker for a minimalist layout with the small comforts of home. Definitely recommend checking this place out for a comfy close spot to the river walk with everything u need to feel at home.

Fuimos en familia y nos encantó porque está grande y muy cómodo, realmente estuvimos paseando por san Antonio que no usamos la alberca ni el gym pero se veía muy padre!, en todo momento Arya estuvo al pendiente para poder responder dudas, esta muy padre porque todo es con clave entonces no cargas llaves o tarjetas que pudieras extraviar, y bueno en cuanto a seguridad de la zona es muy tranquila y segura.

If you're going to float the river or go to Schlitterbahn, this is the PERFECT house! Within walking distance to 3 tube locations. We floated, shuttled back to the tube rentals, walked back to the house, ate & refilled drinks, then went back to float again. I was a bit worried that we had 7 people & the house would be cramped, but it's much bigger than it looks in the photos. The outside areas were AWESOME! The deck on the front porch made for very fun people watching. Back yard was HUGE! Mandy was extremely responsive! Listed out several recommendations, instructions were clear, and gave us a heads up when someone else rented the other unit. 100% would recommend staying here again and likely will when we go back next summer!

A gem of house—really something special to experience with everything you need to feel like you’re actually having an Alamo City adventure! Special shoutout out to Julio and Jazmine—the groundskeepers, they were the best!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and we had a great time here. The house provided lots of entertainment. From the pool table to the game system to the hot tub. We had an awesome time watching the golfers go by. We felt extremely safe in the home with the quiet neighborhood. We would definitely come back in the future.

5 star responsiveness from Garrett and a great weekend house.

I book Caleb's place as far in advance as possible when I plan to visit my Mom in Boerne, TX; it's really comfortable, right across from the river where we can walk and restaurants are within walking distance so I don't have to drive anywhere except a 5 minute drive to visit my Mom. Great place and comfortable!

Really was one of the best stays we’ve had on the Comal. This place was spotlessly clean, quiet, yet right on the river with everything going on. Top floor was very nice for views and a great breeze on the balcony in the evenings. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. Everything was in working order and kept up nicely. We would stay here again.

We loved the location of this condo. Perfect for our small children. It was close to lots of our favorites. Jimmy was very quick to respond. We will definitely come back to this location.

We needed a place stay to explore New Braunsfels and Kim’s place delivered. We hit up Schlitterbahn and tubed the river, swam in the pool and jacuzzi at the complex and ate at the Gristmill. The place was big enough and the beds were comfy and kitchen had what we needed! Thx!

We were able to check in earlier then the set time which helped and the home was very inviting walking in and staying there. Was like being home but a different and peaceful environment. We would love to stay here again when the opportunity presents itself again. Thank you again Mary for the amazing experience we had while staying there. Loved every day of it

Great spot on the Comal River. Made it easy to float, and quickly get back to the Airbnb. Communication was good, and the place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Will stay there again in the future.

Ideal location and beautiful property. Condo was well furnished and very clean. Comfortable linens and beds. Would absolutely stay here again!
