I am always available by text or phone. I do live in the main house on the property and can be reached in person if arranged. It's a block from the San Antonio Riverwalk and has numerous walkable pathways for enjoying dining, art, and historic San Antonio sites. Downtown San Antonio is a 20 minute walk through historic King William or along the Riverwalk.
