The beds are what stood out to us. After a long day of activities they hit just right. Comfy & cozy.

Location is quite safe and within 2 miles of downtown/Alamodome. Riverwalk access is a few blocks (as it extends south). Condo was spacious, polite neighbors, pool looked nice but a bit chilly for San Antonio in April so we didn’t get in. This was perfect for our needs and we would stay here again! Thanks Luis.

The place was great! Slightly off in directions (said go left, should have been right, but it circled around) to get to the unit, it was daylight so easily able to find with a little looking around. Clean and inviting place, complete with snacks! I had to figure out which wifi network it was but again easily able to figure out after a couple of minutes. Martin was great in responding! I was using my location most of the day and my phone died, I couldn't get to my messages for the gate/door codes but finally was able to locate his number and call and he provided the info straight away! : ) I was visiting my nephew at UTSA, perfect location, would totally recommend this place and will remember for future visits.

Simple "homey", safe, and clean place to stay. Great location if you plan to float the comal, as this property is just about as high up as you can get for the longest float. Nice mellow walk to center of town for shops and restaurants. Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked with essential tools and utensils for cooking. Would stay again if we have a chance to return to New Braunfels.

Very convenient and nice. Would stay again - Tania was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. Five stars. One caveat - the complex locks and you need keys or a vehicle to exit! I occasionally tried to walk my dog without keys and realized I couldn’t get out of the gate - however it feels so so so so safe that it is worth the minor inconvenience of carrying a key. Again, good Airbnb.

we were 3 people on this trip for medical reasons. everyone had their own bathrooms. the hospital was 10 min away. plenty of restaurants around. we stayed a month and we suggest you bring your own spices and knives set. they have a electric stove air fryer oven, new fridge and microwave. the need of the 2nd and 3rd bedroom are a 3/5 at most. 3rd floor with a public elevator. we enjoyed stay and we're able to make ourselves at home.

This was an excellent apartment for our stay in San Antonio during a convention. The place was very spacious, had three decent sized bedrooms each with their own en suite and everything was clean and comfortable. Thank you - we’ll be back again!

Everything was perfect! The bed was so comfortable, Perfect after a long day at Seaworld! The balcony view in the mornings was a great way to start the day. The location was great too, Six flags is literally in the backyard too.

Really was one of the best stays we’ve had on the Comal. This place was spotlessly clean, quiet, yet right on the river with everything going on. Top floor was very nice for views and a great breeze on the balcony in the evenings. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. Everything was in working order and kept up nicely. We would stay here again.

We needed a place stay to explore New Braunsfels and Kim’s place delivered. We hit up Schlitterbahn and tubed the river, swam in the pool and jacuzzi at the complex and ate at the Gristmill. The place was big enough and the beds were comfy and kitchen had what we needed! Thx!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Everything was very clean and exactly as pictured. We didn’t need much from the kitchen, but it was well stocked. The complimentary supplies provided were enough for our group for the weekend. Thank you, NBE.

Loved the condo looks like it had been upgraded recently, perfect view on the balcony, very clean, and great front desk service. Was at the end of the river walk so it was peaceful and quiet at night, but still very close to all the things to do. 100% will book again!!!

Our stay was amazing! My wife and I were in San Antonio for Fiesta, and this spot couldn’t have been better. It’s right on the River Walk, which made it super convenient to get around—bars and restaurants were all within walking distance. Ramiro was a really nice guy and very accommodating. They offer early check-in for just $25 per hour, which I highly recommend. We reserved four hours early just in case, and although we didn’t arrive until the standard 4 PM check-in, it was great to have that option available. The only issue we had wasn’t Ramiro’s fault—he actually gave clear instructions about the parking pass. We were just having too much fun and totally forgot to put it in the car. The pass is on the kitchen counter, and you must display it if you park in the garage. Unfortunately, we didn’t, and our car got towed, which was a huge inconvenience. So learn from us—don’t forget the pass! All in all, we loved the place, and you will too! It has a beautiful view and perfect location

They were wonderful hosts. James was so kind as to help me with my luggage and I'm incredibly grateful that they also allowed me to steal their ice packs to transport back my breastmilk! They were very accommodating and I enjoyed our conversations.

A nice place to stay. It is clean, cozy, comfortable, and conveniently located with everything nearby. Our group of five had a very pleasant experience, and the host was exceptionally responsive throughout our stay.

This is a really good place to stay it is local to everything walking distance to everything . The host is really nice and will respond to you really quick they are willing to work with you on checking in and checking out . I would really recommend this place to everyone and also there is a roof top bar too and the owner is supper nice and friendly too .

Great place to stay when visiting downtown San Antonio. Within 5 minute walk from the Riverwalk with plenty of parking around. The place was spotless and had all the listed amenities. I would definitely book again!
