Guanajuato is a charming studio in the heart of Ajijic. Note that due to low ceilings the suite is not suitable for tall people and that the bed is double-sized and may feel a bit small for two adults sharing. Only two blocks from the main square at the San Andres church, and two blocks from the lake Chapala boardwalk it is a brief walk to numerous restaurants, galleries, various kinds of shopping and more. As a guesthouse we have housekeeper with onsite presence Monday through Saturday.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located a few steps from the central square of the magical village of Ajijic, the heart of cultural, gastronomic and recreational activity. This bright space has a bedroom area, bathroom, a small kitchen with a coffee maker, stove and refrigerator as well as basic kitchen utensils. It has a large garden within the common areas to enjoy a good coffee. Ideal space for a couple of people.

You’ll have use of our palapa and heated pool, and we have great restaurants nearby. Villa Nova is a lovely neighborhood west of the village. Our friendly dogs, Chaquita and Rosie, will want a hello, but you can close the gated garden area for privacy. You will have a refrigerator, hot plate, coffee pot, microwave, dishes, and grill. No children under 12, please, because of the pool. The suite is perfect for 1 to 4 people, not any more than 4.

High-speed Internet. In addition, from this comfortable Loft you can have an incredible location, without the need for a car, you can reach squares, restaurants, cinemas, esplanade, etc. in minutes. Drinking water is not included, it is at the expense of the guests. The bathroom is small, it could be uncomfortable for people of large size. Being in a conciding central area that there are sounds of daily life in the surroundings.

We do not have indoor parking the cars can park in the main street outside the property.
