Casa Colibri is located in the floresta one of the most liked areas in Ajijic it is surrounded by trees and tropical flowers relaxed area, one block from main road, and 2 blocks from the new cultural art center in ajijic, in the area there is a bordwalk on the side of the lake. the house is newly remodeled ,all utilities are included , internet, purification water system , air conditioning, heating system, washer , dryer, dishwasher, wood fired chimney. Garden and house cleaning once a week .

Large pantry and two car garage. Well equipped kitchen with gas cooktop. BBQ. Easy access, no stairs. 13 meter infinity pool & jacuzzi spa: heated! Gas fireplace.
