The home belongs to the iconic Nueva Suecia complex — a private, gated seaside community in San Agustín known for its security and tranquility, with gardens, outdoor showers, and exclusive access for residents. From within the complex, guests can walk directly to the beach or promenade through two coded gates, without crossing any roads. Vehicle access to the door is also available via remote control, ensuring privacy and comfort. The outdoor access corridor leading to the apartment is a shared communal area. 🛏 Bedroom Quiet independent bedroom with a 150 cm double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a south-facing window with blackout blinds for total darkness. A selection of pillows is available so each guest can choose their preferred comfort level. 🌅 Terrace The Ocean Suite offers a cozy south-facing sun terrace that receives sunlight all day and boasts beautiful sea views. It’s furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor meals, plus sun loungers to relax or take to the beach. 🍳 Kitchen – Living – Dining Area The open-plan main space combines kitchen, dining, and living areas in a bright and welcoming layout. There’s a breakfast bar for two and a table with chairs (interchangeable with the terrace set). The kitchen is fully equipped for long stays: large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven-microwave combo, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, and complete cookware. The living area includes a small sofa, Smart TV, and high-speed WiFi. Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.
