Experience special moments in this special and newly furnished space. Idyllic location overlooking the lake and mountains. The balcony and seating area invite you to linger. Parking space available. Public lake access and lawn for sunbathing 100m away. The beautiful beach path along the lake shore leads from Rapperswil to Schmerikon and directly through Bollingen. It is a foot and bike path of 11 km long. Bollingen is easily accessible by car. Public transportation and shops are A 5-minute drive away.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

The house is located at about 1000 m above sea level and is very quiet. You have a wonderful view of the Sihlsee. The nearby forest offers a lot to discover. The nearby Hochybrig ski and hiking area can be reached in about 12 minutes by car. Other places to visit are described at the property. The pilgrimage of Einsiedeln with its world-famous monastery is close by. Note: The Airbnb service fee of around 16.5% is now included in the price.
