Our architect-designed house on Røsnæs opens to the south, and the large natural grounds are full of life all year round. You will often see both wild game and birds of prey while you enjoy your morning coffee. We love to go for walks in the rolling ice age landscape and maybe have lunch at Liva's at Edderfuglen or swing by one of the local wineries on the way. You can enjoy both sunny summer days in the hammock with sea views and quiet winter days with red cheeks and fire in the wood-burning stoves. The place invites you to let the rest fall on you.

In the evening you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset and then an unspoiled starry sky from the backyard's large terrace or from one of the house's cozy nooks such as the loft or the alcove.

The house is the only wooden cottage built in the ring road in Nordby. The location is really good with only a 2 min walk to the Clock Tower and the idyllic street pond bordered by old half-timbered houses. The beach is 800 m. The garden is completely open to the east with a nice view of the sea. On the other hand, the garden is completely private.
