The view was so nice, and it was more comfortable than a hotel for a family of four to spend a day. There's not a single speck of dust on the furniture, and the dishes in the kitchen are so luxurious that you use them carefully. It was easy to order delivery, and there were many shopping malls nearby in the morning, so it was easy to get food. Location: Hospital near Youngnam University and near Apsyang-dong.Bank, Daiso, and restaurants are within walking distance, and a convenience store is 1 minute away. Inside the accommodation: Same as the photos and 2 rooms with 2 beds It consists of 1 bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. I highly recommend it to those looking for a value for the money. I didn't use the kitchen due to my personal schedule, but Pots, tableware, cups, and basic seasonings are provided, and it's clean. The bedding was clean and the air conditioner was in good condition. The TV is a smart TV, and the boiler's hot water pressure is good. I was able to contact the host quickly and well The house was well soundproofed and quiet.

I stayed here during my year abroad and it was a nice place to stay. It’s a 20 minute walk from the university, and a lot more peaceful than areas closer. It has a convenience store around the corner and is around a 10 minute walk from restaurants - so an ideal location. The host was always kind and responsive and also helped me when I asked.

I booked it on the same day because the accommodation was canceled, and they welcomed me kindly. Everything you need is written in detail on the wall of the accommodation, and I had a good rest at a good price!!
