Spacy appartment, only meters away from the seaside road where the restaurants are. The super market is 3' walk away. It is fully equiped and it has big closets; ideal for extended stay. It is part of a biger building with breathtaking and iconic design while also it has access to a lovely and big shared garden. *The beach is only 1' away* while Antisamos beach which is cosidered to be one of the top beaches of western Greece is only 8' by car. Also the must-see Melisani cave is 10' by car.

A suite features light-colored walls and an open layout, with teal accents in the kitchen and door frames. Natural light floods the space from large doors leading to a private courtyard, where greenery is visible. A cozy seating area is also present.

We had a fabulous stay at Eleni’s house; it really is a beautiful home from home. Eleni and her lovely family were most welcoming and the location is exceptional. There are good local amenities and a lovely 15 minute seaside walk away are many more in Sami. Views from the various terraces (sea and mountain) are stunning and the attention to detail and home comforts in the apartment are first class.

A welcoming outdoor space is featured with potted plants, including a hanging arrangement of vibrant red flowers. A light-colored wall with a gated entrance provides access to the area. In the background, a green landscape and nearby structures are visible under a partly cloudy sky.

This was a spacious house with absolutely everything you could need. Our host was so friendly and helpful and his Mama ( who lived next door) was an absolutely lovely lovely lady. The outdoor space was fabulous. We highly recommend this place. We loved Kefalonia. The only negative was that I found the bed a bit uncomfortable.

An outdoor barbecue area features a built-in stone grill with a lively flame. Surrounding greenery includes various plants and a rose bush, providing a natural setting. The tiled floor enhances the cozy atmosphere, inviting outdoor cooking and gathering.

Everything was perfect and as show in the pictures. There are many restaurants around and the “Kraken Bar” on the opposite of the apartment offers nice drinks & music. Great location to explore the island from here.

the house has a great location, has a restaurant on the same sidewalk in the square that is wonderful! There is a lake and a small playground nearby. The center of Sami is very close by car, about 5min. For those who want to cook attention: the stove and oven are very small and old. We do not use it. Otherwise it was really nice There is no washing machine. There is Parking on the street.

Nico and Elena were the kindest and most helpful hosts you could ask for. Living above the rental property they were always respectful of our privacy yet were immediately responsive if we needed help with anything. The apartment is in the most ideal position in beautiful Sami, close to all restaurants and shops yet very quiet and peaceful. Our 2 weeks were delightful and guided day trips out were easily available thru the travel agent nearby. Thus no need to hire a car and ferry port to Ithaca just yards down the road. The combined kitchen/living area is small but spacious bedroom and bathroom. The outdoor sitting area is shaded with grape vines. Nico and Elena are very special hosts!
