This beautiful new home for 1-14 people can accommodate everything in 3 apartments from the couple to the extended family. In the middle of the nature of the eastern Elbe Valley you will find peace and relaxation. Activities such as hiking, fishing or Elbe rafting can, in addition to many attractions in your area, beautify your holiday. On the terraces and the large courtyard, you can enjoy the sun or sit around the campfire in large groups. Direct neighbor is a family-run inn where you can stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the next village there is a large quaint brewery.

Vacation home on the Drömling

Right on the Drömling, the unique biosphere reserve, is our apartment on the ground floor of a large farmhouse. It has a separate entrance. Parking with the possibility to charge the electric car is available right in front of the house. The courtyard property is completely fenced and therefore ideal for children. The swing, the sandbox and the stilt house may be played with, so that our dog, cats, chickens and ponies quickly become a minor matter. You are welcome to use the pool.

The freshly renovated apartment is situated in a light souterrain of a flat-roofed bungalow that is located in a calm and quiet neighborhood in the north of the city. The apartment includes a large bedroom with a king size bed, a cozy living and dining room with a comfortable pullout couch, a modern shower bath and a complete built-in kitchen. The city center is only a fifteen minute walk away, but there is also a bus station right in front of the door as well as free parking.

Our cottage is located in the middle of the Wendland Rundling village of Guhreitzen-Clenze. Here we demolished the old "Kalthaus" and built a new vacation home in the same place. The special thing is that you can vacation directly in the historic Rundling. It is very tranquil, often you can have a nice "Klönschnack" with the Wendländer. Biking and walking are ideally possible around the place. The goats and ponies sometimes graze in the village square. A natural idyll!

Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. To be mobile on site, it is therefore recommended to travel by car and/or bicycles.

Building biologically energetically restored outbuilding in a beautiful outskirts location, wonderful panoramic views with passing vineyards, pheasants, rabbits and away grazing horses. The terrace invites you to listen to the concert of birds of a huge oak tree and offers plenty of space to admit to a fire bowl of the night. Clay walls, wooden floors, tiles with flooring and a fireplace make the house a beautiful place at all seasons.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.

Our 60 m² guest apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house has an 18 m² balcony. It is located in the countryside on the eastern outskirts of Braunschweig. From here you can easily reach Braunschweig City with theaters, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with Phaeno and Autostadt and the Harz Mountains. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house.
