Vacation home at Semberg

The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

The guest area (1st floor) with its own bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!!!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Peace and recreation in the rural ambience and Tyni House. Yours is a small but charming room in the trailer. Nestled in the natural reserve, 10 min car distance to Paderborn. Enjoy the large green garden or make excursions to the surrounding lakes. We live with our family outside of PB in a beautiful landscape where you can go jogging, hiking or cycling. We live and love organic, therefore your breakfast is of course also organic!

Great and very cozy and tastefully furnished attic apartment. Anette really thought of everything... From coffee, butter, jam, toast, large fruit bowl… everything was there, you could really arrive before you had to go shopping. 3 minutes to the bus stop!… even bathrobes with something sweet (like in a hotel) were on the bed……..highly recommended!👍🏽😄❗️

Just gorgeous! The house is super modern, stylishly furnished, well equipped and perfect for relaxing. The host was always available, incredibly friendly and helped us quickly and reliably with everything. The atmosphere was so relaxed that it didn't feel like Germany – but like a real vacation. We felt totally comfortable and would be happy to come back!
