Brand new flat, recently renovated, in front of the beach, with a side view of the sea: from the balcony it is possible to enjoy the beach, the avenue and the sunset of Barra. Located in the best part of Barra, close to restaurants, bars, markets, pharmacies and Shopping Barra, as well as easy access to the main tourist attractions of Salvador. It features split air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, TV and an equipped kitchen (no stove). The Flat has a maid for daily cleaning and a common swimming pool.

É um bairro seguro e bastante policiado. O apartamento NÃO tem vista-mar, mas o prédio (hall-piscina) tem uma vista panorâmica para a Bahia de Todos os Santos. É o bairro em que mora Ivete Sangalo!!! Tem Wi-Fi.
