Everything is as advertised, a sensational place, a privileged landscape and a very affordable price, the structure of the apartment is very new and technological, not to mention the building workers were very polite and helpful, it faces the Barra lighthouse, it is unparalleled

The place is exquisite and a perfect getaway if you desire beautifully comfortable rest and relaxation … especially if you like a really firm bed. This place doesn’t permit ad hoc visits and there’s a sign over the toilet requesting guests to refrain from depositing paper therein. So, if you have concerns about toilet paper in the trash can and/or want company from unregistered locals, this may not be the best fit. Otherwise, for the price it is a dream place, at a dream location with an absolutely wonderful view of the ocean, an indoor/outdoor seating area that permits the ocean breeze through the entire abode due to the floor to ceiling glass panel wall and … I just can’t say enough, what a blessing this place can be for someone who needs to just get away from it all. Super Safe Security; easy walk to the mall, beach, grocers, pharmacy … it was everything I needed!

Amazing stay! The ocean view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking — perfect for sunsets. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Great location in Barra with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops all within walking distance. Super convenient and safe area. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was lovely and as advertised. We loved the convenience to the beach, beach side cafes, and getting an Uber to locations further away was always very quick. Anna was a welcoming host. My husband enjoyed the balcony pool each day. Thank you, Anna.

This is a wonderful penthouse apartment in front of a lovely urban beach with a reef. The building is very well administered. Gabriel was an excellent host-- very attentive, responsive, and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

The ape is perfect , organized and very well located . It was my first solo career trip in Salvador , and being well accommodated made all the difference . When I come back, for sure , I would again be hosted on this ape !!!

The space is simply spectacular, everything is very well designed, organized, an incredible finish and organization, certainly one of the best spaces I've ever stayed in! Certainly when I return to Salvador it will be a place we will stay again, everything very close, beach, markets, bakeries, bars! I highly recommend it, I really felt at home!

Beautiful, clean, organized and very functional apartment. The penthouse has a good gym and a beautiful infinity pool. The beach is a 4-minute walk away, there are beach towels, a cooler to take drinks. The host was very proactive and responded very quickly, always helpful. I highly recommend it!

Loved the experience of staying there.

We stayed for 4 nights at Adriano's accommodation. We were very well accommodated. Everything is as advertised here on this platform. Adriano is kind and approachable. We recommend this accommodation for those who are traveling for leisure or work. We'll come back NOTE: If you go in the summer or in very hot seasons, check the listing information. There is no air conditioning in the living room. But we were there on cooler days (26 to 28 degrees) and the breeze from the living room window refreshed us.

Great 3week stay! The apartment is stylish, well furnished, and perfectly located. Nice the pool with a great view to watch the sunset, a gym, and a workspace. Everything was smooth ! I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Luiz is very professional and showed flexibility when I needed something. the apartment itself has everything you need and has a wonderful view. it's modern and has an equipped kitchen and a smart tv (that I didn't even turn on). it was spotless clean when I arrived and is in a neighborhood where you'll find everything you need, restaurants, supermarkets and obviously the beach which is literally down the building. The only thing that could bother some people is that it's right on Barra's beach, which is usually busy so it wont be quiet, especially on weekends. If you are like me and enjoy sleeping in a dark room, there is a black out curtain but unfortunately in the angles theoght can sneak in so there will be some light in the room every morning. I'm mentioning this out of transparency but Luiz is an outstanding host. he has other properties that can also be suitable depending on your preferences.

The apartment is in a great location with incredible views to wake up to. Good size and layout. The pool and gym on the top floor were perfect. We were unfortunately ill during our stay and the team was incredibly helpful and accommodating to assist us in whatever we needed. Thanks so much for your help and we look forward to our next stay with you :)
