Nifty two bed urban flat near leafy Park and City.

Flat is very near Newcastle city centre, only 1 min away from bus route to city which is only a 7 minute bus ride . From flat to Newcastle centre and central train station in cab would only cost £3.50 uber taxi Nice wood floors with simple decoration . Nice Ikea kitchen. Bath and shower. WiFi and TV . Is also on ground floor or street level. Also only 5 mins from saltwell park . Would be good for longer stays , as this is a flat for higher . With free parking . 🚭 no smoking . No events

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Walk a few yards to catch the Angel 21 bus to Gateshead Interchange: catch the Metro or another of the many bus connections. Or stay on the Angel 21 to Newcastle's Eldon Square or change for the National Trains at the first stop. Walk a few yards the other direction to Saltwell Park where outdoor activity abounds. The flat is an end terrace adjacent to a garden, so it's very quiet. If you enjoy playing a piano, there's a baby grand.

This little oasis of green is in a super handy location on the edge of the greenbelt, yet near the Team Valley, Metrocentre and Newcastle. There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.

Jackie's airbnb is great. As a solo female traveller it was ideal. I felt very safe and I had everything I needed close at hand. The converted garage has a small bathroom with toilet and very good shower. There's also a utility room right next door which I had sole use of with a fridge, microwave and toaster. Couldn't ask for more. It's a short and architecturally very interesting walk into Gateshead, the Sage and Newcastle. Jackie and her husband are very considerable hosts and I would certainly hope to stay again.

Cheap and cheerful, exactly what we needed, a good priced place to crash. Really comfy beds as well. Place needs an update but you get what you pay for and it was clean.

I stayed at Ehsan’s place for three weeks and had a great experience. The apartment was nice, quiet, and very clean, including the kitchen and bathroom. I had to leave earlier than planned, and Ehsan was very helpful and quick to respond. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d recommend it to others.

Anna's home is lovely and the room was clean, bright and very comfortable. It was easy to locate and Anna was flexible with our check-in. It's a little outside of Newcastle city centre, but that means it's nice and peaceful, plus it's a 5 minute walk to the metro, which then takes another 5-10 minutes to get in (or 5 minutes in a taxi). The bathroom was squeeky clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

The sheer attention to detail! The cleanliness! From the flapjack on arrival to the selection of toiletries in the room, Mark provides an excellent room. Likewise, being able to work on a table in the lounge with views of the River Tyne felt first class. Walking into town along the river is really easy and there are cheap, regular busses back that stop right at the end of his road.
