Perpignan and its airport are 12 minutes away by car (Béziers airport is 50 minutes away), Collioure, Banyuls, Port-Vendres and Spain are 40 minutes away, and the ski resorts (Font-Romeu, Les Angles, etc.) are 1.5 hours away. You will stay in a Catalan village that combines rural tranquility with proximity to shops.

New sunny and quiet apartment located on the 1st floor. Ideally located in the middle of the village with less than 200 m to the bakery, shops, bars, restaurants, cellar, hairdressers as well as the SNCF train station with stop in the village and possibility to reach Perpignan, Argelès sur Mer, Collioure, Spain (Port Bou) and 15 km by the Barcarès road (electro Beach and Déferlantes) and Perpignan. 1 hour 30 minutes from ski resorts. Buses for 1 euro. Fortress to visit. Gouffre.

Kick back and relax in this calm, bright and stylish space. The open space is eye-catching, as are the decoration and furniture, in a cozy and quiet atmosphere. I am a 5mn walk from the train station and only a few minutes from the village shops: Spar, Carrefour City, bank, post office, tobacco, pharmacy, bakery. Close to my home are also the beautiful fortress of Salses built in the 15th century, and the pond of Salses Leucate, a pretty corner of nature where you can stroll.
