Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

I am a 5-minute walk from the train station and just minutes from the village shops: Spar, Carrefour City, bank, post office, tobacco, pharmacy, bakery. Close to my home are also the magnificent Salses Fortress built in the 15th century, and the Salses Leucate pond, a nice corner of nature to stroll around.
