We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The house was beautifully kept, spotless, and had everything we needed. The decor was tasteful and full of charm—clearly put together with care and attention. The garden leading right onto the beach felt like a dream. Communication with the host was excellent—responsive, kind, and helpful. When we mentioned we were a bit cold, extra blankets were brought the very next day. The layout worked really well for two families, even with some separation between spaces. The location is ideal—secluded enough to feel peaceful, yet still close to everything. Traveling with toddlers can be tricky, especially when it comes to safety, but this home was just right. We felt relaxed and at ease throughout. We’re truly grateful for the experience and hope to return one day.

Cristina is a great host. Her mother met us when we came, the rooms were clean and fresh, they even put some goodies in a basket for us ( coffee for Nespresso, home made jam and honey). The home made bread was also very tasty. The sheets and towels were cleaned and changed periodically. For our accomodation she left a big beach umbrella and other stuff, we did not have to by anything in order to go to the beach. In a word, we felt here at home. We hope to get here next year too. Thanks Cristina

Amazing. The view is exceptional, charming. Far from the crowds, quiet, calm, peaceful. Paradise. Konstantina is very hospitable. We arrived early and while we waited at the beach, Konstantina brought us various chilled fruits and drinks to the beach. They also had a lot of treats that were enough for our vacation at home until the end. Everything was considered down to the smallest detail. Thank you so much Konstantina I hope to see you again soon.

Niki's Sea View House

We absolutely loved Niki's house! The sea view is stunning and the quiet wave-sound is so relaxing.. The house was spotless clean, Niki and Pantelis were extremely kind and warm - we could feel their loving intention even with our language barrier. Anna, their daughter was very kind and responsive in perfect English in writing whenever needed. Pyrgadikia is the cutest village with small cafes, restaurants and marina, with the sweetest atmosphere only 5 minutes away. The house is located in a strategic point, close to the roads to both sides of Sithonia and was very comfortable to thoroughly explore all around it. I highly recommend!!
