There is also available a separate wood-heated sauna (built 1980), a small rowing boat and a parking area with electricity for charging/heaters

All the sights, restaurants, shops (nearest grocery shop 200m) and universities are within walking distance. In the one-room apartment there is a single bed (80x200 cm) and a sofabed for two (140x190 cm). Bedlinen and towels are included. Washing machine and baby travel cot are available on request. Wifi, coffee and tea are always on the house.
