Large ground level suite minutes to Kal Beach

Large, open lower level one bdrm suite nestled in a peaceful community close to Kal Beach with kitchenette including cooktop, countertop convection oven, small fridge, deep freezer, bbq, outdoor seating, yard, W/D and private parking. A 5 min walk takes you to Kal Beach, Alexander’s Pub and the Rail Trail Cafe. One bdrm with queenn bed and queen bed in an alcove off living area with french doors for some privacy. Small pets welcome. *We have small children and do our best to keep noise down.

Small one-bed studio suite with a hide-a-bed couch (book for three if used). Private entrance & porch. Coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. Kitchen, Ruko streaming with Netflix, WiFi, queen bed, shower. This suite is BEST for a couple or small family due to lact of privacy. NOT for LIGHT sleepers as you can hear us walking above you. If there are only two of you but you want to use the hide-a-bed please BOOK FOR THREE PEOPLE. Children free unless they use the hide a bed. Tesla charger: $10 a day.

The bedroom has a King mattress, a large custom closet, extra blankets, hot tub towels, and bathrobes. The bathroom has a full set of towels, shampoo, conditioner, qtips, make up wipes, and bodywash. In the living room there are leather recliners, a smartTV, books, puzzles & games. The kitchen comes stocked! The laundry area is a shared space.

This is a walk out one bedroom, fully equipped basement suite in a new modern/contemporary home. It is suitable for 1 or 2 guests. The view to the lake and the hillsides across the lake are incredible. There is lake access to Okanagan Lake across the street. Arrangements for boat moorage may be arranged as we have a private mooring buoy. Come to the Okanagan, this recreation mecca, and enjoy everything that we have to offer. Longer stay rates may be negotiated.
