20 minutes from Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion, the old 16th century mill, completely renovated, offers absolute calm with its 20 hectares of nature, animals, rivers, parks and centuries-old trees. The 700 m2 building has beautiful rooms: 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 6 toilets, 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen. In winter, you can enjoy the fireplace and indoor pool. In summer, the large private garden with a heated swimming pool and a children's playground.

The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.
