Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Saline County

I liked place was quiet slept like a baby! We had neighbors and could never hear them, that was as a plus. Also, walking distance to Central Avenue, did not have to waste time parking. Bathroom a tad small, not an issue for us, someone large might be uncomfortable small shower. Plan to return and check out unit with larger shower. Kitchenette a plus! Surrounding neighborhood safe! Thank you for offering a nice place!!

The house is on hole 8 of Granada the par 3. Open floor plan & nice patio. The driveway is a bit tricky though. The garage is enormous w/a pickle ball court & plenty of room for basketball or ping pong, etc. The house has steps when you enter & leave. So keep that it mind if anyone has trouble w/stairs.

The Tree House was a great place to stay. Mark was very responsive and helpful. The home was so cute, clean and had everything we needed. Everywhere we wanted to go was within a 25 min drive and with that scenery who cares how long you are in the car anyway! I would only say if you want to bring a pet to reconsider. There really is nowhere outside to walk them to use the bathroom without getting covered in ticks and little cockabur balls. I spent alot of time combing hundreds of the cockaburs out of my Mini Schnauzer (And he is even short groomed) after every walk and pulling ticks off of me. But its the woods I guess so there's that. I just wasn't prepared for Arkansas tick problem this time of year. Overall I would definetly recommend Mark and Mary's quaint and adorably decorated home. Thank you for being a great host and providing a wonderful place to stay!

Our family of 6 had a great time at Julie's. The place was the right size, and we enjoyed the peaceful, smaller lake experience. If we return to the Hot Springs area, we will book this place again.

We had such a nice stay at Karen’s home. The home is in a perfect location for exploring Hot Springs and the surrounding points of interest. Her home is a perfect mix of vintage/MCM charm and modern amenities—a very eclectic mix of furnishings and artwork that makes a guest feel right at home. Homemade cookies greeted us when we checked in (delicious!) and it was so nice to have coffee/water/snacks provided as well. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We spent our days exploring the historic sites as well as several “honey holes” that Karen recommended. We look forward to a return visit and staying at Karen’s home again soon. Fantastic host!

The home was just as described. The neighborhood was awesome, pretty trees, loved the backyard, and completely fenced in for the fur babies. House was very spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Our family, party of three, stayed here for a church conference. It was perfect for our trip. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe . Wesley was quick to respond and we enjoyed our time in Little Rock.

the place is very peaceful and quiet if you are a smoker and smoke outside there's no place to put your cigarette butts if you are there for more than a couple of days plan to wash your towels

We really enjoyed our stay at The Exchange! The loft was clean, very nicely renovated, and had great access to Bathhouse Row. We would definintely stay again the next time we are in Hot Springs.

This was such a cute spot for me and my kids to stay the night! It’s right on the lake with a beautiful view from the deck. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and the space was clean and just as advertised.

Overall this was an amazing visit. This is the first time I have stayed in a place where the owners also live. After getting past that initial shock, it was fine! It rained off and on so wasn’t able to fully enjoy the lake, but the hot tub was amazing. Was a great weekend get away.

I had a wonderful stay at Scott’s apartment in Hot Springs! The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. Scott was a great host—very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was just right during my visit.

Peaceful and Tranquil. Billy and Char have an amaysing place to unplug and unwind from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend their beautiful place.

We had a very quick overnight stay in Little Rock, and Holly's place was perfect! I love the Hillcrest neighborhood, and the apartment was perfect for our needs. The king size bed was very comfy, and there was lots of beautiful natural light in the morning. Holly was a responsive, proactive host. Very happy with our stay!

Such beautiful surroundings—peaceful and relaxing! This condo has an amazing view of Lake Hamilton. Watching the sunset as we ate dinner on the balcony was so lovely, with lots of birds flitting about. Several pluses: We enjoyed having access to the neighborhood pool, and walking the boardwalk on the edge of the lake. We also appreciated that the condo is pet-friendly, and having use of the washer and dryer was also quite nice. Kimberly is a very responsive host. There were a couple glitches while we were there and she was quick to respond. We would love to return!

Wonderful place to stay!! Very responsive! We walked downtown a lot! This old building turned Airbnb is AWESOME! We will return! The game room was a hit with ME and the family! The food lot next door is something to check out!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Steve's place! It was a very calm and relaxing area with an amazing view! Good location with many places to visit around and short drive to downtown hot-springs.

The time spent at Carrie's was great! Clean, friendly, everything you need she has. It was just like the pictures on the internet!! She responded back to me quickly each time. The view was amazing, parking was great, instructions were clear and helpful, We enjoy a peaceful, relaxing week. And all I can say is Thank You !!

The view alone from the couch or the back porch while enjoying morning or evening coffee was just the best. You are right on the water and it was stunning! It was very private and quiet during our stay with was just what we needed. We walked the boardwalk and to the pool which was so nice. My husband fished from the back porch. The king bed was five stars- slept great! All positives from us! We will definitely be back again!

Debbie was great is being communicative and took care of us well on our trip! definitely recommend for a nice getaway! We were able to bring our diabetic dog and keep a close eye on her as well which meant a lot to us!

I would highly recommend staying here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect weekend getaway. The location was very peaceful. I loved sitting on the porch in the mornings for my devotional and in the afternoon as well. Amy was very helpful and always willing to help with any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
