My apartment is on the best beaches in Ecuador Salinas, providing a cozy and safe space ideal for a nice vacation with family and friends. We are a block and a half from the Paseo Shopping La Peninsula and 2 minutes by car from Puerto Lucia beach. The beach of Malecón de Salinas is 9 minutes away by car. There are 2 dogs on the premises, 1 German shepherd (female) and 1 Pekingese (female) who are very friendly. There are more accommodations on the premises, and my family and I also live there

The house is located in a quiet area (Milina sector), where you can enjoy easy access to everything, very close to the sea. 7 minutes from the Salinas boardwalk, restaurants, shopping centers, supermarket. At home you can enjoy a large outdoor space, BBQ area, free space to sunbathe. Comfortable space to store everything you bring. In the garden you can share with friends, sunbathe and make delicious barbecues. We're very close to a quiet beach.

Close to several beaches such as: Punta Blanca, Ballenita, San Pablo, and Spondylus route If you want to stay a day resting, you can enjoy the social area that has: 2 very large pools, 1 for adults and 1 for children, 2 Jacuzzis, A paddle tennis court, Indoor court.
