Very good to rest and enjoy with family Everything very perfect

Our accommodation was great, we went in a group of 6 people and everyone was very well accommodated with comfort, each with their own room and bathroom. Great linen and towels. The hosts Paula and her daughter Ana, were extremely helpful and receptive, giving us peace of mind and security, always promptly answering our questions. The house is great, the location too, extremely spacious, complete in all rooms. We just feel that some parts need a little maintenance and a little more careful cleaning, but nothing that discredits the house, nor the stay. We were all happy and satisfied, we will definitely be back.

We can't even thank Fabiana and Marco, they were wonderful hosts. They always responded very quickly, referred us to amazing places and helped in every way possible to make our stay wonderful. The house is very good, very spacious, super organized and clean, you feel at home, it has a wonderful outdoor space too, the garage is very large. We will definitely return at a next chance.

I was looking for a house that would accommodate the whole family for my wedding, and Marcelo's house fit perfectly! The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a good number of people! The instructions were very clear and we were able to connect all the equipment just by watching the videos that Marcelo sent! I highly recommend the place for hosting a large family with children!

Super spacious and comfortable house, faithful to the listing. Everything was clean and organized. Communication with the owner was also perfect. The only caveat is the lack of a shower stall in the bathrooms.

There were six adults and one child in the house. Everything was impeccable. The house is very spacious. The description is exactly how the house is. We had great communication with Roger and also with Mr. Renato. There was a problem with one of the showers that made it impossible for us to use one of the bathroom suites, but it didn't matter because there are so many bathrooms that it didn't make a difference! Mr. Renato was very proactive in trying to solve the problem, but since it was a long holiday, it would be very difficult to resolve in a timely manner. Both check-in and check-out were super flexible. You can rent the house, and I'm sure you'll have a good experience, like I did.

The accommodation is outstanding! Lots of utensils in the kitchen, well-structured rooms, with air conditioning, large bathroom, great for bathing children! Even for those who have children, it's a delight! Lots of toys! In addition, Fabrício is super attentive and quick to respond! Thanks a lot!

Two-night stay for two people. Residence with garage, electronic gate with remote control, garage access gate with two locks (one of them, tetra). The same at the garage access door to the house. Very well-equipped kitchen with clay water filter, no need to buy water for drinking or preparing coffee, etc. Room with two beds and a mattress that accommodates a third guest. The shower has the hot water on the right side (usually the standard is to have the hot water on the left side) and it has the appropriate temperature for bathing with hot water. Especially on today's date (06/25/2025), which at 07:04 am had a temperature of 4°. The property meets the expected expectation and will certainly be used by me and company employees. Congratulations to the Host!

My stay was simply perfect! The host was extremely attentive and helpful from the start, and the place exceeded all expectations — clean, cozy, well decorated and exactly as pictured. the place is great for resting, enjoying a swimming pool and a barbecue. super safe with cameras, electric fence and serpentina. the neighborhood is all under renovation because it is brand new, so there are always people on the streets, it is very safe. super-private, the space has everything you might need to spend a few days. all well new and renovated. the host is super nice and understanding. the space is beautiful and very relaxing, I recommend to everyone

I went with the family to spend the carnival holiday and everyone loved the space! The house is very nice and cozy, with a lot of nature around, peace and tranquility! Pool with very warm water that even looks heated rsrs Hostess quickly answered all the questions I had, before and during the stay. I highly recommend it!

Casa Boa, located close to the place we needed to go (Agrishow) which allowed us easy access to the fair. Spacious space, all rooms with air conditioning.

The 3 night stay was great, the villa is beautiful, Ideal to rest and enjoy with the family. The house is large and has utensils necessary for cooking. Do not expect luxury or glamour, but enjoy the tranquility of an old house in a privileged place in SJB, where birds sing at dawn and silence predominates after 23 hrs( where the game ends on a football field in the vicinity). The villa is now, one of my favorite places to rest during the holidays when I go to visit my family. the Host served us very well. I recommend it.
