Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

On top of a ridge called Eybarithoux at 1200 meters altitude you hear nothing but birds and the cow bubbles in the distance. The house has been completely renovated from the end of 2021 to July 2022 and has all the comforts. Fully equipped kitchen, stylish and luxuriously furnished, comfortable box spring beds and fast WiFi. At Eybarithoux you will completely relax.

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apt for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and last floor(no elevator). It is composed of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/wc(hoof tub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.
