Vacation rentals with a patio in Salem

Janie's place was a cozy, quaint place with everything you could ever need! We appreciated the tea and coffee provided. The kitchen had a surprising amount of essentials - oils, seasonings, and sauces. The beds were super comfy too! The check in and check out times were super accommodating, and was a factor for my choice to stay here. I'd definitely stay here again!

It was so nice not to deal with all the traffic and parking hassle at the concert we went to. We took an Uber and the drive was less than 10 minutes away. No parking hassles and enjoyed our show. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Rip

Tom and Ariel’s Airbnb was wonderful. It is in a safe, quiet, and convenient location with plenty of street parking and nearby wonderful restaurants. They were kind and responsive hosts that accommodated an early check-in for us. Airbnb was also very clean and comfortable with wide selection of board games and puzzles, which was a nice touch!

I recently rented this lovely unit on my visit to Vancouver. It had everything I needed, was clean, stylish, and well appointed. I would definitely recommend and would rent it my next visit.

Loved this place! It was nice and clean when we got there wasn’t hard at all to find. I loved the local with so much to do around and loved the walking distance to Ranch Pizza. The area was nice and quiet everyone there was so friendly. I would love to stay here again the next time I come to visit Portland. The only thing that I didn’t realize was that it was the first floor of a house and the host live upstairs but you couldn’t really even tell. You could hear slight footsteps but that’s about it. 10/10 overall I loved this space.

Had a great time staying at Keith's beautiful and peaceful not alot of traffic so sleeping at night and waking up was nice I enjoyed the full kitchen and nice refrigerator and freezer bathroom was clean couch was comfortable TV was nice and everything was picked up and clean very walkable if you wanted to go to the store or just on a walk with other beautiful nature areas around grocery store if walking is probably 7-10 minutes away and grateful that he left some information and instructions by a lamp indicating what was nearby and close and how far away it was there are stairs you need to climb to go down and come back and get into the place tho I didn't think horrible and the bathtub is deep if you wanted to take a bath or just enjoy taking a hot shower like I did

Joanna's place was exactly as described: comfortable, clean, well stocked with amenities. The beds and bathroom were comfortable and modern. Easy to use the heating/air units, wifi and TV. The apartment is in a good location. Street parking was very easy and traffic was never a bother. Joanna was very responsive to questions and gave detailed instructions regarding the stay. I highly recommend her as a host. Thank you, Joanna!

The hosts were wonderful. They were helpful and easy to get a hold of. The house was very clean and beautiful.

The best part was I didn't think about what I wish I had there. The home had all our needs. The beds were very comfortable, that is a big deal for us. Having central A/C is a big one as well in Salem in the summer. It worked great!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is stunning. The views are beyond excellent. Wonderful amenities. My husband and I loved it. My kids absolutely loved it. Wonderful hosts.

Beautiful cottage on a beautiful property! The property was conveniently located right next to a dog park for our fur baby and close to town. One night we walked to a restaurant for dinner in downtown Independence. The cottage had every amenity that you could need. It was so clean and comfortable. Brent was a great communicator and made our stay so easy and streamlined. If we are ever in this area again, we would love to come back!

We were looking for a place where we could relax during a family business trip. This is a lovely house, well decorated, clean and well equipped. It feels like the host put all of the extra touches into the place that she would want to have herself when staying at a location. Brittany was very helpful and attentive to what we needed. We didn’t know Salem and stayed on the opposite side of the river from where it would have been more convenient in regards to where we had our business to take care of, but we all agreed it was worth the extra drive-time to stay here. We actually are already planning another trip here later this year and are hoping this location will be available. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

This place was an incredible hangout spot for my family and friends during a family wedding weekend. Highly recommend this home and Joey gave us local recommendations when we asked!!

Unique and amazing experience at The Cellar! The view was unbeatable and the hot tub was a perfect spot to unwind after hiking in Corvallis! The wine (their brand) was terrific, both Cabernet and Pinot Noir!

Great location for walking on the waterfront and playing in the river. Brenda was wonderful with communication and was able to get a high chair and pack n play for our little one during our stay. Very comfortable beds and living space.

I had great help from the hosts when I had trouble finding the building in the dark. Emily responded quickly to any questions. Overall this is a splendid apartment that sits close to a major park and bike path. Bus stops nearby provide excellent transportation to and from downtown.

The place is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It is a charming place that makes you feel comfortable and safe. The furnitures were pristine and cozy. Nicole was very responsive to our requests.

Michelle and Sarah were so accommodating with all of our requests, and were so kind to give us suggestions/recommendations since we aren’t totally familiar with the area yet. The place was so cozy, and a great location close to restaurants and shops! We will definitely be back, and will absolutely book with Michelle and Sarah again!

Becky’s place was a beautiful place to stay on our trip to Portland. It’s a fantastic walkable neighborhood with many restaurants and eclectic shops. It’s an easy walk to a nearby New Seasons to pick up groceries and supplies. There is a cute trellis area in front of the apartment where we enjoyed sitting outside in the warm spring weather. Becky is very friendly and responsive to any needs. It was a lovely and comfortable place to stay for 11 days.

Highly recommend this rental in a fantastic location on S Mississippi. Super clean, comfortable & convenient - with a ton of local bars and restaurants within walking distance, as well as easy access to public transit via bus & the Max. It’s a great spot in a fantastic neighborhood. Also: don’t miss Capitola Coffee downstairs - really solid shop with a terrific staff.
