Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Salem

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

Room is nice and clean. The hosts are very friendly. a lot of food choice around that area, 30 minute drive to mountain hood. our daughter loved petting and feeding the goats, will book again.

Awesome place! We really enjoyed our stay at Malcolm’s place. The house is beautiful and it feels like home, the TVs on every room and the living room are very convenient, the internet is great, our children really enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Malcolm was very attentive and really easy to talk to. We had a really great time.

Peggy’s place is all you need for self-care and hybernation. She has a breath taking view and hotel like amenities like the hot tub, sauna, high ceiling living room with glass door windows, even the classic pacman arcade (with old games too) that my son loved. Will be back.

We loved our stay at this house - the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and the house had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Christopher's casita over the long weekend in Portland. An unexpected issue came up during our trip, but Christopher handled it immediately with incredible responsiveness and professionalism. He even provided compensation for the inconvenience, which we truly appreciated. The casita itself was cozy, clean, welcoming, and extremely dog-friendly! Our pups felt just as at home as we did. My partner and I spent the majority of our weekend relaxing in the private hot tub. Christopher’s communication throughout the weekend was excellent, and we’ll definitely be looking to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend!

This is such an amazing little space. It was so special the first time we stayed, we booked another trip just a few months later. This place is one of my favorite airbnbs. We'll definitely be back!

Don was great to communicate with ahead of time, he was very accommodating and understanding. The location of the Airbnb is great (loved that cafe Loco, a grocery store and many other places were in walking distance). Having a hot tub and outside area was a huge place and the home was thoughtfully decorated and spacious. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely stay in this peaceful retreat - nearby great restaurants, outdoor activities and quiet neighborhood. We loved staying here with our two cats. Very spacious, clean and stocked with the essentials for a comfortable stay. Would love to stay here again when we visit Beaverton again! Erin was a great host - super friendly, responsive and kind!

We came to town for my son’s basketball tournament. The house was located perfectly for our games and a great place to relax during down time. It was very clean with thoughtful touches like pool towels and new pool toys for the kids. The pool was so much fun, and it was even warm! We all had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here!

Mary’s place was so fun. The mini horse walking around, the full size horses were friendly, the pool in the dining area, the peaceful garden area… it was idyllic for me and my child. We were able to keep my dog in the outdoor kennel/run while we were away during the day, too, which was great. My kid fed carrots to the horses and wandered around finding the ducks and chickens, barn cats, and dogs. My dog is pretty chill and has been around horses, and she also had the best time meeting the animals and running and running. The pool is a whole refreshing experience. Mary is very welcoming and laid back, inviting us to explore and meet all the animals, and also gave us our space. This would also be a fabulous place to retreat with a few good books (the backyard and sitting hammock were my fave spots) or if necessary, work for a few days, which I will keep in mind for myself!

This was by far the best Air B&B we've stayed at. We got in just before the summer prices hit which was even better. The pool (and hot tub)is heated and NOT chlorinated (must be salt water) that is super important for some of us. PLENTY of space to not be on top of eachother. 🗝 One thing you want to keep in mind, there are spices, but no condiments whatsoever.

Julie was a generous host. It was a peaceful place for my family to stay and easy for our local family to come for meals and visit. Every morning we had coffee on the large private deck. We sat on the deck some evenings and enjoyed the fresh air and complete lack of mosquitoes. The two full bathrooms for the five of us were essential. We booked this house to have a great place to stay-in and have local family over but it was also close to many things in Portland. The zoo and the science museum were two of them. Julie was responsive to requests and just a very kind person.

We made the most amazing family memories here and can’t wait to come back! My kids like water parks, but only the more mild stuff and as a disabled person with limited mobility this was a perfect choice for us all to play together! We swam on and off for all hours of the night! The folks that stay on the property are all so kind and the hosts are even kinder! If you need help at all they are on top of it. You can’t beat the price, friendliness or amount of fun anywhere near here in Oregon so come visit here :)

Great host and well appointed place.

This was the best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed in! Amanda and Michael are literally the sweetest and think of every little thing to make your stay comfortable and special! We felt right at home! The neighborhood is adorable and so walkable to great food nearby. Super close to the MAX (local public transportation), so there was times we didn’t even need our car. We LOVED it here! Staying here made us fall in love with Portland all over again. We cannot wait to revisit RCH🌹

I stayed at Selah’s place for a few nights while visiting Portland. The place is great, extremely clean and comfortable. If you want to stay in a peaceful place and be about 15’ from the airport, this is a great place. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to the beach and main strip with a fully fenced yard for our pup. The layout is great and very comfortable for two families or a few friends meeting up. We would definitely stay again.

Wow, what a beautiful home, beautifully renovated with lots of character! Fully stocked of everything necessary and then some! Loved having a TV in the bedroom, perfect for recovery after surgery! Kate was very friendly, helpful and flexible with my time parameters! Overall a VERY lovely and convenient stay for my circumstances. I highly recommend this place for long or short term stay!

Exactly as described! Very comfy. Close to everything. The view from the deck and the sounds of the ocean were perfect.

Our favorite place to stay in Portland yet! Adorable house with beautiful landscaping—we saw a hummingbird feeding on the flowers in the front yard. Small backyard space was secure and the perfect size for our two little dogs. There was even a nice bench to sit on while they ran around. Kitchen is fully stocked and both the bedroom and bathroom were a great size. Within walking distance of the train, and getting to the interstate to venture to other areas of Portland is a breeze. I can’t say enough good things about this place, but I’m also torn because I don’t want to be fully booked the next time we are in Portland. Loved Merideth’s place!

This was a lovely spot for a two-night trip to Portland for a visit to OHSU. We appreciated being able to bring our dog along, and we/she enjoyed the cute little fenced in area in the backyard. The pet deposit is mentioned in the listing, but it worked different with this Airbnb than with other pet-friendly Airbnbs we’ve stayed. The deposit is $200, but refundable (instead of having a non-refundable pet fee), and it’s requested through the Airbnb app a couple hours before you check in. It did take a few days for it to be returned as the host was waiting on the report from the cleaners. It all worked out in the end, but it might help you to know how this process works up front. The road noise mentioned in the other reviews didn’t bother us (and we’re pretty noise sensitive), and we didn’t hear it at all with a fan on in the bedroom.

Fabulous clean and modern home. Jo was a great communicator and very easy to work with. Excellent location with great coffee place (Albina Press) literally 300 feet from the front door. Walkable to Mississippi Ave. spots. Prost and its food truck scene were fantastic and a quick walk. Overall wonderful experience and highly recommended rental.
