Monthly Rentals in Saktouria

Me and my family of 4 (kids 13 and 8) had a terrific time at the Eco House. A very light, clean house on spacious premises with a superview over the Lybian Sea, and under an immense sky full of stars. We had diner on the terrace, used the firegrill outside. Agios Pavlos was our favorite beach with a tasty taverna and superfriendly staff (a 10 minute drive). We made trips to Agia Galini, Knossos, Rethymnon, the mountains, monasteries and many other beaches, all within 20 minutes to max 1,5 hour driving distance. I rented a mountainbike and cycled the challenging peaks and routes in the beautiful, green area. I highly recommend the place and the host was extremely helpful over the phone and e-mail when we needed some info.

Everything about it is excellent The accommodation is beautiful, the view sublime from morning to night. The area is very quiet and there are few people on the roads. Relaxing, meditative, Cretan charm at its peak.

My partner and I stayed at this lovely home for 10 days. It has traditional and old feels to it, however, it is spotless clean! I was quite surprised. What pleased us the most is smooth communications and such a generous welcome fruit basket and raki. We didn't have to be hungry in the morning for the next few days due to thode fruits. Konstantinos is very kind, letting me check in almost midnight due to our flight schedule and unexpected time it took to get our rental car going. We appreciate his recommendations to surrounding sight seeing spots. The view from this home is stunning. We had a relaxing breakfast on the terrace every day. The sunset makes you in awe of beauty in nature. There are necessary amenities for cooking, and everything else. It is quiet at night. Takes about 13 minutes to get to the nearest beach. Overall, a lovely stay! Thanks Konstantinos for letting us stay and hope to come back when we are in town again.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Crete! The property itself was stunning – the pool was spotless and refreshing, with breathtaking views that made it hard to leave. We loved how peaceful the area was, yet still within walking distance of charming local taverns serving some of the freshest seafood we’ve ever had. There were two beaches nearby – one of them felt like our own private paradise, perfect for relaxing in peace. The host was exceptional – incredibly warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond, treating us to delicious local meats and a fantastic bottle of Cretan wine. They were also full of helpful tips and local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Crete – it was an unforgettable experience and we can’t wait to return!
