Everything was great, I really enjoyed the stay. Very new and clean space. However, there’s no elevator so be prepared to climb up the stairs.

Yuko was such a responsive and helpful host. She responded immediately almost every single time we messaged her. Yuko’s place is super nice and aesthetically pleasing and is equipped with everything you need. The place was also really clean. Location was one of the best parts as well, it’s really just a 5 minute walk from 2 stations making it super convenient to get around Tokyo. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice place to rest after long days of traveling around Tokyo. Thank you so much to Yuko for being such a good host to us. We enjoyed our stay!

Really nice house with a complete accomodation

This apartment is very close to the Kosuge train station which makes it very convenient to get to the main spots. Perfect space for a couple . Thanks again for having us.

I rested well with my friends. 4 people stayed, but it was just right for 4 people to stay (1 bathroom, etc...) I think it'll work for up to 5-6 people. The inconvenience of having to wash the towels? There was, but there was detergent and a washing machine + dryer, and even a drying rack, so it wasn't as inconvenient as I thought.

We stayed at here for one week and it was perfect! The self check in was convenient and easy. The place was really clean! It takes about ~40 mins by train to get to central Tokyo and the train station being three doors down made it really convenient. There is also a 7/11 two doors down as well as a Lawson across the street with lots of other stores and restaurants around the area. The area is near a fire station and a medical center (I think) so you will hear some sirens but I didn’t mind personally. Matsuno and Sakura were really responsive, kind, and accommodating! With any questions I had, they were so quick to respond. The place was perfect! If I had one small area of complaint, it would be that the toilet seat doesn’t stay up 😅 I would book a stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo!

Aiko was such a wonderful host! We had mini snacks waiting for us upon arrival & she made sure to answer all of our questions quickly. Keep in mind that the airbnb is about 30-40 minutes away from Shibuya and Shinjuku but it’s easy to get there because there’s a train station about 4 mins from the AirBnB! We also recommend having breakfast at Blau Espresso. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the AirBnB but so delicious!

It is only two or three minutes away from JR Kita-Akabane Station, which makes it easy to go anywhere in Tokyo.There is a supermarket at the station, convenience stores, and it is very convenient for living and shopping.A Japanese-style room that reminds me of "perfect Days" of Best Actor at Cannes Film Festival in France by Mr. Koji, I personally like it.Thank you also so much for the help provided by the homeowner and wish you all the best!

I stayed for little over a week at this apartment with 3 siblings. Our experience was superb. The host went above and beyond, answering our concerns within an instant. The apartment is thoughtfully designed to make efficient use of the space. Since we stayed more than 7 days, we recieved a free cleaning to freshen our space. A huge plus for us at this apartment is that the host has arranged staff to sort and dispose of the trash, which was a massive relief for us. There is also a coin laundry less than a block away, so we were able to have clean laundry on our return flight. There is the Aeon Shopping Mall within 15 min with affordable prices compared to the city. The station nearby connects to Ikkebukuro which connects to the rest of the city, so the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. A steamer for clothes, hair drier, towels, hangers, slippers-- all, and more were provided. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone looking for value, quality, safety, and convenience.

I stayed in Tokyo for two weeks and enjoyed the appartment. The communication with the host is amazing. The place is clean and provides all daily necessities! It is next to a train track but because the trains do not ride in the night, I did not have any problems with the noise. Also there is an extra shutter for the window. I am quite mobile so i did not have any problems that there is no elevator, but for those who do - may unfortunately have to look further. Great place if you seek for a more quiet ‘home-base’. We spent about a month, it was a good experience. It's not like a hotel, so it won't be cleaned every day. The lady gave us a change of sheets, and always finished the toilet paper, detergent or other things, we asked and she delivered us very quickly. The place is in a residential neighborhood, so it's super quiet at night. We are a family of 4, being 2 children. Depending on the "neighbors", it is possible to hear noises through the walls but not and nothing that annoys. The location is very good, 10 minutes of 2 train stations walking, many bus stops, markets, konbini and drugstores around. The values do not know if they are valid, as there is no breakfast or cleaning daily, you can consider this point to choose this place or a hotel. It's a bit far from landmarks, so it will take you about 40 to 1 hour to downtown Tokyo. If you have large bags, get ready for no lift.

It had everything we needed, from a kitchen and washing machine to thoughtful touches like a first aid kit and in-room baggage storage. The area is peaceful yet super convenient, with several convenience stores and a large supermarket nearby. Gotanno Station is just a short 3–5 minute walk away and offers a direct line to Ueno, with easy transfers to other major lines. The host and co-host were incredibly responsive and helpful, especially with local recommendations. We’d definitely stay here again if we get the chance! Great place to stay, always texted back right away when needed something. Made the trip very convenient and comfortable. Adachi is a great city if you find some of the local places to go out to.

The flat was really small but cute. We were a group of 4 and there was enough space for all of us. Some of the furniture/ decoration that could be seen on the photos weren’t there but nothing important was missing. One Important fact would be that airbnb lists this house in shibuya but as the description says, it’s in itabashi which is about 1,5h away. Still it’s really easy to get there!! Peaceful area and overall a very pleasant experience! ^^

very well informed both for access to the accommodation and the activities and places we wanted to see. the accommodation is very small and convenient for a single person or couple (stairs and ladder for sleeping can be complicated with children or the elderly for example) good location and very quiet, nice to have a good night's sleep after discovering Japan 😁
