The beautiful Girondine is happy to welcome you to its adjoining cottage (40 m2), nestled in the heart of the vineyards, its wine-growing activities, located only 1.5 km from the center of Saint-Émilion and provides parking and bicycle shelter. Air-conditioned bright studio on the second floor of a small stone building. Located in a quiet area, in the historic center, close to the tram (5 minutes walk). Fully equipped, the studio has a small separate kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. The living area of the studio is composed of a bed 2 places, a sofa and a flat screen. ATTENTION: part of the apartment is attic; less comfortable for people taller than 1.85 m.
