Just a few minutes from Brest and all its amenities, the cottage is an ideal base for exploring the region: Océanopolis, the beautiful beaches of Finistère, the islands of Ouessant and Batz, as well as many cultural and tourist attractions.

Beautiful stone detached house "Fisherman's house" 3 rooms 80 m2 on 2 levels. Elevated location overlooking the bay and 300 m from the sea. A peaceful haven, by the water! Bright, comfortable and tasteful in the Diben district, 3 km from the center of Plougasnou, 13 km from the center of Lanmeur and 17 km from Morlaix. For private use: 900 m2 of land, beautiful maintained garden (not fully enclosed) with lawn and plants, parking space (for 2 cars) on the grounds.

This family lodging is near to all tourist destinations and local commodities. Situated in the centre of town, it is near to many bars, cafes and restaurants. Perfect for exploring local towns and interests, for example the lovely town of Morlaix, the Arrée mountains and the pink granite coast. New as of the 2025 season : parking available at the property! Following external works, from now on there is a private parking spot directly in front of the house.

Couples will find a great place to recharge their batteries in a self-contained outbuilding with sauna and jacuzzi bathtub. Ideal for short stays. Less suitable for seniors or people with reduced mobility due to the staircase and bathtub. For longer stays, if you want to shower rather than take baths, don't hesitate to ask me.

Pleasant and charming, the apartment is located on the top floor of a residence with elevator, video intercom, private and secure parking, as well as a bicycle room. It consists of: - an equipped kitchen overlooking the living room with large screen and Wi-Fi (fiber). - a separate bedroom with large closet, desk and TV. - a bathroom with toilet, washing machine and dryer. Delivery of keys and parking access badge by hand.
