Very well located in the center of Sainte-Savine, Rue Hauvy: - 10 min (on foot) from train station - 5 min (walking) to Bi1 store - bus line 1 at the end of the street (direct access to factory outlets) - 15 min walk to Troyes city center - many other shops nearby (bakery, deli, restaurants, etc.) 40 m² warm and quiet cottage at the bottom of a small family condo.
