The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

The studio is new and has a private terrace in a very quiet cul-de-sac ideal for enjoying summer evenings. It is very bright, and close to the sea (3 km), close to the salt marshes of Millac, 15 minutes from the "planète sauvage" safari and 30 minutes from the island of Noirmoutier. Various activities are possible on site (ping-pong, petanque, barbecue, possibility on request to loan equipment for shrimp fishing). The surroundings are suitable for walking and/or cycling.

This 'Clévacances' certified cottage has obtained 3 keys that guarantee optimal comfort. Entirely private house with garden, terrace, barbecue and parking. The park allows access to leisure for all (games available). Accommodation designed to accommodate people with limited mobility (turning areas, doors, thresholds). Beaches and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away. You can do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, or you can choose to pay for it (€45).

Its privileged geographical location, just 30 minutes from Nantes and Pornic, 45 minutes from Noirmoutier, and 10 minutes from Planète Sauvage and the Grand-Lieu nature reserve, makes it an ideal starting point to explore the region with ease. The cottage provides direct access to the hiking trail, allowing for a complete immersion in the surrounding landscapes.

In the heart of the village, come and enjoy the calm of the countryside, the proximity of the beaches (15 min drive) and the center of Nantes (20 min drive). This independent accommodation consists of an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with shower room (separate toilet), a sofa bed (ideal for 1 or 2 children) and a terrace with dining area, deckchair and barbecue. Access possible by TER (Nantes/Pornic axis), train station 5 min walk away

Belle Perche: Rural cottage, spacious and bright, quiet in a grain farm in Organic Agriculture between Loire and Ocean. Ideal location for forest walks and sylviculture, 100 meters away, the Ocean 15 mins, Nantes 1/2 hour. All amenities 5 km away. Renovated old farm building. Communicating cottage with Gite Maison du Jardinier, for 12 beds, on request. Beds made on arrival, linen provided. Kitchen base

2 room accommodation: kitchen, bedroom with separate sink on the ground floor of my accommodation and personal bathroom (shower/bathtub ) adjoining the apartment. Class, entrance and shared WC on the ground floor. Easy parking in the cul-de-sac, 1 minute from the tram to get to the city center in 10 minutes, quick and easy access to the ring road.

Farm stay near Lake Grandlieu

Within a diversified organic vegetable farm. Cottage that can accommodate 4 people (including 2 in mezzanine). Private shower, toilet and kitchenette. Linens and towels are provided and included in the price. Bikes are available free of charge. Internet: fiber optic Check-ins start at 4 p.m., except on Fridays (5 p.m.).
