In this beautifully renovated outbuilding, you'll have access on the ground floor to a “Central Perk”- style relaxation area, and upstairs to a spacious family apartment. In addition to the high ceilings, exposed beams and stonework, you'll find plenty of references to my favorite tv show and a 90's mood !

Take a break and discover this small corner of the countryside at the gates of the Poitevin Marsh and the beautiful town of Niort just 10 minutes away. Calm and nature will be waiting for you for your enjoyment. The Deux Sèvres department is beautiful.
