Herve was a great host from booking to during our stay. He was informative, helpful, and super friendly. His house is beautiful, in a great location within the centre of Montflanquin. Just a minutes walk uphill to the square where some amazing restaurants are. The house had everything you needed. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, condiments, washing up facilities. Brilliant open dining/living area upstairs. Stairs are very steep, but we knew this beforehand. downstairs (ground level) is really spacious, plenty of hangers,wardrobe space. bathroom has a large area to store toiletries. would highly recommend Herve and his place. Very happy with this stay, a little paradise that allowed us to be in our bubble. Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality and responsiveness following one of my last-minute requests. I'd love to come back during the jacuzzi season to enjoy it 😊

Very welcoming host and very nice little house. The pool was great and the shops nearby easily accessible. The greenways are also close and very nice.

This was a return to the Dordogne after a 25 year absence and it did not disappoint. It was a treat to stay in Ben’s wonderful property so close to the chateau at Beynac. The interior has been thoughtfully restored, remaining entirely in character with such a historic building but providing modern convenience. Its elevated position on the hillside is perfect for taking in the views and we especially enjoyed the terrace tucked at the back of La Maisonette which looks straight down and along the river. Thank you Ben - we had a great time.

Had a great time at this place! Everything was perfectly in line with the listing, clean, quiet and very nice. The pool is a real plus, ideal for relaxing after a day or just enjoying the sun in peace. The place is perfect for relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thank you again for the welcome and the quality of the place, I would 100% recommend it!

If you’re looking for peace, solitude, beauty & nature then look no further than Vincent’s wonderful home , the views from the pool are spectacular, and the Gite itself is simply perfect, everything is finished to an impeccably high standard , Vincent is the perfect host , offering help when needed , he made us feel totally at ease from the moment we arrived but, gave us absolute privacy , we will definitely return & have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful place to others .

Perfect studio for a stay in Agen and to discover the city on foot. Everything is close by. Rather quiet despite being in the center. Small cocoon where nothing is missing. There is air conditioning, which is perfect for these hot days.

Clean, spacious accommodation with air conditioning and terrace, a staircase leads to the landing of the accommodation. Large private parking with a shaded area is available but access can be a little difficult if you have a large and big vehicle. Rather quiet accommodation, close to the city center. Small apartment ideal for a couple or single person. Ideally located because Nérac, its city center, its alleys, its castle, its restaurants, its market, its walks along the Baïse are within walking distance. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, very well soundproofed and has a pleasant and spacious loggia. Another plus is the parking in the residence. The only small regret is that the bedroom window overlooks the corridors of the residence and, although there was little traffic (but we were neither in July nor in August), it would have been uncomfortable for me to leave the shutters and curtains open (I did and immediately closed everything). Except for this small downside (in return, the small main room is bright), it was a pleasure to spend a few nights there and I will gladly return to this accommodation offered by Laurent who is quick to answer any questions asked, is very kind and attentive.

We had a lovely stay. Accommodation as described, and very welcoming. Peaceful place to unwind, beautiful site and unlimited entertainment nearby at the end of the summer period. Responsive host and savvy tips that have allowed us to do more than we expected.

The village of Gensac is tucked away in the lovely Saint-Émilion countryside. The one-time convent feels like a special place, a quiet and peaceful retreat to return to after our days visiting Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, and environs. The suite is spacious, very clean, has useful amenities, and we settled in easily. A vase of fresh flowers on the dining table and a bottle of local wine were nice touches that we especially appreciated. John was a helpful, informative, and friendly host. We enjoyed meeting him and will remember our stay there fondly. Thank you, John.

Great stay at Myriam's! The apartment is great: clean, very well decorated, super pleasant to stay in. Self check-in without worries, everything is very well equipped and the bedding is super comfortable. I recommend it 100%!

I booked this apartment for Freddy to have a mother-daughter weekend. We were seduced by the location on the edge of a cute little lake. The accommodation is located in a holiday village at the foot of the beautiful village of Monflanquin. Freddy lived up to his reputation as a "Super Host" by being very responsive, caring and accommodating. We were self-contained thanks to the key box system. The apartment was perfect! Facing the lake, clean and equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The bedding was comfortable, even the sofa bed. The memory foam pillows are very nice. The little extras like the espresso machine and the pods available, all the necessary cleaning products, tourist brochures, the complete explanatory booklet (wifi, sites to consult, instructions) were welcome. The garden table and chairs for the terrace as well. Really a well-deserved 5/5 because everything was thought out with intelligence and generosity.
