Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est situé dans un endroit calme, il y a plusieurs magasins pour faire ses courses (accessible à pied). Ayet est très accueillante et nous avons reçu des instructions très claires et précises pour notre arrivée et pour notre départ. Je recommande !

Logement très agréable qui a parfaitement répondu à mes attentes pour un déplacement professionnel. Conforme à la description, fonctionnel, au calme, très propre (et c'est très appréciable ☺️), bien entretenu, j'ai vraiment passé 2 nuits agréables. Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir en cas de besoin.

C'était la 3ème fois que je séjournais chez Paul et comme d'habitude le logement est impeccable, la literie très confortable. Paul est très flexible et très accueillant. Toujours un plaisir de séjourner chez lui.

Un appartement qui nous fait sentir comme à la maison. J’ai adoré mon long week-end dans cet Airbnb ! L’appartement est vraiment magnifique, spacieux avec tout ce qu’on a besoin et même plus ! Le balcon avec une vue paisible et un environnement où il fait bon vivre. Je recommande totalement l’appartement de Guitho les yeux fermés ! Un hôte de qualité avec un appartement exceptionnel. I recently stayed at this Airbnb and overall had a good experience. The location was beautiful, trendy, and matched the listing photos. The Airbnb was comfortable, clean & well-equipped which made my stay pleasant. Communication with the host was slightly vague which delayed check-in. But check-out was smooth. A couple of things to note for future guests is to walk around to side entrance because the GPS brings you to front entrance. Overall, I would recommend this place for travelers, and I appreciate the host’s hospitality. Thank you for a nice stay!

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Sophie ist wirklich die charmanteste, einfühlsamste Vermieterin die man sich denken kann. Extrem hilfsbereit, sehr viele Tipps auch abseits des typischen Tourismus. Die Wohnung ist mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung hat einen Vintageflair. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sophie reagiert auch extrem schnell (defekter Wasserkocher u.24Std später war ein neuer da). Die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick ist das Highlight! Leider mussten wir wegen eines Unfalls die Wohnung nach 3 Tagen verlassen. Auch hier war Sophie sehr hilfsbereit. Ein ganz ganz dickes Dankeschön für die sehr gute Betreuung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder - wenn auch nicht dieses Jahr. Und auf jeden Fall buchen wir die Wohnung von Sophie. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Bäcker, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Liebe Sophie ich kann dir gar nicht genug danken für deine Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Deine Ladys aus Hamburg:-)
