Charming single-story house located in La Flotte en Ré, close to the port and the center 10 minutes away and Arnerault Beach 5 minutes away. Completely renovated during the winter of 2023. The 50 m² accommodation is very bright, it consists of a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a bedroom, a second bed is possible in the living room. Village house completely renovated in the heart of the village. Bicycle shed, living room, sunny courtyard, equipped open kitchen, master bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom, second bedroom with bunk beds and sofa bed, mezzanine with mattress that can be used as 3rd bedroom (1,1m high), 2 separate toilets. House very pleasant in summer as in winter with a underfloor heating and ideal location in the village.
