Small studio of 17 m² including bedroom of 11m² with private entrance, queen bed + independent shower and toilet, storage and small fitted kitchen. Valid for one person because water heater 50 L only! Access: bus 40 m away, tram 10 mins, highway 1.5 KM AWAY Because Exhibitions 16 km away! Close-by shopping area, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.

Small adjoining studio for a single person or couple. You can see the entire room in the photos. Close to all shops. Quiet neighborhood. Bordeaux center 25 min. Near tram A to Buttinière (10 min). Bus 64 down the street that goes to Buttinière. (not WE) TV/Netflix Microwave oven. As the accommodation is small, with no room for dishes, disposable cutlery is provided. Entry is through the white front door with a lockbox.
