In St Denis, Bellepierre sector, 27 m2 one-bedroom apartment and a 7 m2 veranda, with sea view. The studio is located on the 1st floor, with elevator, of the secure residence "Les Dunes de l'Ocean" and has a parking space in the basement. The accommodation is close to all shops and amenities, 2 minutes from Bellepierre University Hospital and the city center, 5 minutes from the coastal road. It includes a living room open to the kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a veranda with sitting area.

Beautiful fully equipped studio, air-conditioned with Wi-Fi overlooking the pool and garden located on the heights of Saint-Denis, Colline des Camélias, 10 minutes from the city center and 10 km from the airport. The mezzanine bedroom with a low ceiling height (1.30 m) gives a cocooning appearance. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and sunbathing area as well as the entire garden.

Our bungalow, located 5 minutes from the airport, is designed to offer you a relaxing stay. You will discover a bright and airy space with a comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and a private terrace with garden where you can relax while listening to the birds singing. Close to all amenities (shopping malls, cinema, restaurant, pharmacy, bakery, pools and waterfalls), 40 km from Salazie.

The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.

The ocean from your couch!

Overlooking the city of St Denis, 15 min drive from the airport, 3 min walk from the cable car terminal, this cozy apartment (40 m² + 12 m² outdoor) will be your ideal starting point to explore the island. Climb the few turns to reach the apartment and come enjoy its comfortable terrace as well as its magnificent panoramic ocean views. A vacation as if you were really at home but at the end of the world!

It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!
