Bellepierre Studio - Ocean & City View Saint-Denis

In St Denis, Bellepierre sector, 27 m2 one-bedroom apartment and a 7 m2 veranda, with sea view. The studio is located on the 1st floor, with elevator, of the secure residence "Les Dunes de l'Ocean" and has a parking space in the basement. The accommodation is close to all shops and amenities, 2 minutes from Bellepierre University Hospital and the city center, 5 minutes from the coastal road. It includes a living room open to the kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a veranda with sitting area.

Fall asleep in a forest of cherry blossoms, a fully equipped pink cocoon (bathroom, closet and kitchenette) The "Les Cerisiers" bungalow is an outbuilding of the main house, adjoining a Balinese kiosk, the swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen with a plancha and fryer. The Les Cerisiers bungalow is next to the "Résidence d'artistes" bungalow, which can also be rented if there are 4 of you (depending on availability, see calendar) The pool is shared between the 2 bungalows and the main house

Our bungalow, located 5 minutes from the airport, is designed to offer you a relaxing stay. You will discover a bright and airy space with a comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and a private terrace with garden where you can relax while listening to the birds singing. Close to all amenities (shopping malls, cinema, restaurant, pharmacy, bakery, pools and waterfalls), 40 km from Salazie.

The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.

A vacation as if you were really at home but at the end of the world!

We rent an independent studio, located in our garden. You are also welcome on the covered terrace of our house, which houses a table as well as an outdoor lounge. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the entire garden. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!
