Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré

Great location in the lower town for those who have 1 vehicle. Parking space is a real plus. In 1 modern building, the apartment does not overlook Avenue Charrest and therefore is relatively quiet and allows you to open the bay window that overlooks the balcony without fear of traffic noise (very dense on this axis). Very bright, well-equipped with cleaning products available, nice furniture, comfortable bedding (although, from my point of view, the sheets are a little small for the size of the bed…), beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower. 1 nice room at the entrance to leave suitcases, coats, shoes… extremely practical. Lots of shops (including 1 excellent bakery a few steps away and 1 grocery store), restaurants, bars nearby. Despite the presence of many homeless people and/or drug addicts, we never felt unsafe. Hosts are responsive and respond quickly to questions. Simple check-in and check-out.

Very cozy accommodation, in a beautiful neighborhood. We had a car so Quebec was easy to access, about 20 minutes away. The apartment is very well equipped, spacious for the 6 people in our group. We appreciated the presence of various board games. Thank you for everything.

Excellent place to stay and Frederic was easy to communicate with. The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend in Old Quebec, with great coffee and restaurants nearby. The walk to Rue du Petit-Champlain was only 35 minutes and well worth it!

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

We were so pleased with our stay! Cottage with a beautiful view, warm atmosphere, lots of cooking equipment. Very clean and tidy place. Lyne is very available to answer questions, she responds very quickly and seems to have the well-being of her guests at heart! I would highly recommend :)

Strong recommendation! Isabelle's cottage, a converted schoolhouse, is charming, peaceful, and comfortable. The house is extraordinarily well-appointed, with everything you need, particularly in the kitchen. The back patio is a serene place to have a coffee, watch the birds, and enjoy the view over the empty fields. You will need a car. We drove to Québec one day and Ile d'Orleans the next - it's about 45 minutes to each.

A delightful mix of old house (hand-hewn beams and squared-off logs for walls) with new renovations (modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean, etc.). The neighborhood is not particularly beautiful, but we were looking for proximity to the Mont St. Anne xc ski trails and this home is perfectly located for that, along with a small grocery store and gas station a couple hundred meters away. It is both cozy and comfortable, and we will gladly come back again, potentially with other family friends as the house has three apartments and would easily house a large number of people. The house is beautifully restored and the beautiful and large plot overlooking the beach makes it a prime location. I've rarely seen a kitchen so well-equipped and tidy. The rooms are very comfortable and the open area with windows overlooking the river is great. Excellent communication with Line. I highly recommend it and hope to return!

They are pleasant hosts who are very responsive, quick response to messages It's for us become a tradition it's our 3rd year when we kind of end our ski season by enjoying their spa location also very much appreciated after a beautiful day on the slopes

Excellent location to explore the Vallée de La Jacques-Cartier and close enough to Quebec City to go to dinner in Quebec City! Impeccable and very comfortable accommodation. Very well-equipped kitchen!

Nathalie is really deserving to be a super-host with 5-6 stars , she is always responsive and proactive , the apartment is clean and everything is available , location is amazing with easy checkout , the surrounding is super cool at summer , my family like it as well , for sure this is my preferred place in the upcoming visits to Quebec city

We had an excellent stay! The Airbnb was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It was very clean and bright, thanks to the big windows that let in lots of daylight and sunshine. The location was ideal, just a short walk to restaurants and popular sites. The kitchen was well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. Very happy with our visit and would definitely recommend!

The accommodation is perfectly functional but lacks character to make it more cozy. The sofa is not the one in the photo (the chaise longue is missing). Otherwise, nothing to repeat.
