Ideal if you prefer tranquility, the cottage is adjoining the owner’s house with independent access and private parking.

Studio adjoining the main residence of the hosts with a separate entrance, you will enjoy two terraces (meal with shade sail/relaxation with parasol) and part of the enclosed garden. Located in a cul-de-sac in the heart of a quiet and wooded residential area, you will have a free parking space for your vehicle in front of the house (single-level and PRM access).

300 m from the sea, this renovated farmhouse offers you the calm of its inner courtyard and orchard. The whole property is fully fenced. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with office area and fireplace as well as a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a 160 bed, one bedroom with a 160 pull-out bed and a 90 bed, and also a mezzanine with sofa bed. Towels and bed linens are provided.

For a vacation or an overnight stay, we offer you our cozy house for 4 people near a forest with its many trails. 10 minutes from Quimper and 25 minutes from the beaches. The house is well-equipped, the beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels and kitchen linens are provided. To access it, you will take 4 large steps. All local shops are 800 m away. Our main residence is on the same property (Dogs accepted upon request)

Independent country house on the ground floor 6 km from the sea. Enclosed garden. quiet place without being secluded. The house is located between Quimper (12kms) and Concarneau (8kms). 1 bedroom of 15 m2 and one of 13 m2. 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC Linens provided if requested. Carport, barbecue, sunbathing..... My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). Crib, high chair available on request.
