We had an absolutely perfect stay at Caroline's! The accommodation is as described, very clean, nicely decorated and extremely well located. Everything is designed for the comfort of guests, and you immediately feel good there. We really loved the thoughtful touches on our arrival: the welcome slate with our names, the madeleines, the coffee, the chocolate... Not to mention the linen that smelled divinely good, a detail that makes all the difference! Caroline was particularly welcoming, responsive and caring throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We rented the apartment to visit the medieval village of Perugia (15 min walk). The apartment was impeccable, clean, tidy and the bedding was good quality. Lots of equipment as well as a beautiful terrace! We had a lovely time!

For us who love peace and quiet, this apartment was perfect! We didn't have the opportunity to meet Emmanuel but communication via messages was smooth and responsive! The accommodation is lovely, as described! What a pleasure to be able to enjoy the super large sunny terrace!! We will still offer a bonus to the one who manages to silence the neighboring "cockatoo"😁😁! We of course recommend this rental! You won't be disappointed! We were delighted with our stay in Conjux! What a pleasure to wake up every morning to this stunning view of Lake Bourget. Conjux beach is perfect for spending beautiful moments with family, and the area lends itself wonderfully to bike discovery. The apartment is very clean, bright, with a neat and clean layout. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace, ideal for relaxing and sharing good meals. The garage is a real plus, especially for easily recharging our electric bikes. Our stay was perfect: our children were delighted, and so were we! Very easy communication with Regis, thank you again for everything!

The stay was great. The property and apartment were very well maintained and extremely clean and tidy. We felt right at home. The amenities were exemplary, we lacked nothing. We can fully recommend the apartment. The WiFi was a bit slow, but the mobile phone was optimal, so that was not a problem.

Great stay, lots of activities around but also in the small town with its medieval charm. A market as I like them, a bakery, a church, bars, restaurants, a small hike accessible with children with a nice view to contemplate the city below. Thank you for hosting us.

Incredible villa basement with all the amenities advertised and games for children. All materials are of high quality. Perfect for a great time for families or groups of friends. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful.

Clément was a great, responsive host and the apartment itself was a wonderful base of operations for our visit to the greater Lyon area. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals at home, but you have the option to enjoy a wide variety of cuisines within 10 minutes walking distance. To sum up it’s a convenient location with good access to transportation and supplies. The neighborhood has a youthful feel to it, and we felt safe at all times. I would like to add that the beds, linens and towels were all of high-quality, and the water pressure was great!

Very satisfied with this listing! Very bright accommodation, very nice. Beyond perfect, accommodating, cordial, available. If we had to nitpick, in total benevolence it would have been about the bedding. We had trouble sleeping. Otherwise there was really nothing wrong with this place, we won't hesitate to come back if we still have a dance competition in the area!
